The staff was really helpful. This is a small local place but the food is amazing. You can't go wrong here. Also a great house margarita.

Absolutely amazing, food and service! Spent 80 dollars total and price was very reasonable for quality and potion size. Granted m, we order two mango milk drinks, two plantain chips and two chicharrones. Bill would have been less without those extra options, but they were so good we had to double up! Everything was delicious and I would definitely go again and recommend. The rice and beans were my fav along with the sauce that came with the plantain chips

I don't know what the other people were saying about slow service! Portion was huge, only was able to eat half, saving the rest for another time. Food was delicious and service was wonderful. Nice and helpful servers. All you need to do is just pre order over the phone. Would come back again. 10/10!

Delicious Columbian food. Great service. Clean. 4 tables of 4. Bar seating for 6. A wonderful meal.

By far the best margarita that I've ever had so I ordered a second!!

My husband read the great reviews for Casa Blanca on YELP so we decided to stop in for dinner and drinks last Saturday night. It would have been easy to miss without GPS. It was clean and nicely decorated and the staff was friendly and attentive. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the Salsa channel on the TV above the bar. It created a lively and fun vibe. I ordered the Casa Blanca house margarita and it was without a doubt the best margarita that I've ever had. I ordered a second margarita and it was just as delicious as the first. My husband ordered a mojito which was also incredibly good and the best either of us ever had. The star of the evening was the food, from the beautiful presentation to the amazing taste and flavor. As we were eating we were talking about who were going to bring back with us next time. Casa Blanca has become our new favorite go-to. It's worth the drive if you live outside of Nashua. 5 STAR

Food was delicious! The service was exceptional, and it felt like we were in a little piece of Colombia. The restaurant was nice and clean, and beautifully decorated. Will definitely be coming again!

Thought of other good options for lunch while in Nashua, but so glad we settled on Casa Blanca. The waitstaff was friendly. Food took some time to get, but when we had the food we knew it was because they were preparing a delightful meal. Very filling and portion sizes were excellent. In the past, we have had Colombian food on a semi-regular basis but we felt that Casa Blanca delivered.

    First stop....just love this place

Chicharron was great. - Arepa: looks like a tortilla, so not the typical thick arepas I'm used to. So felt like I paid $8 just for a tortilla and small block of cheese - Tostones con guacamole: I prefer my tostones to be crispier, but they had great taste. - Cazuela de Mariscos: Great flavor. I put it on top of rice and enjoyed it with the other food, otherwise too heavy/dense on it's own. I didn't enjoy the mussels (I love mussels). They were too gritty.

As I began to drive back towards Boston, I searched for possible options along the way that were recommended restaurant stops for their food quality. This Colombian restaurant popped up on the list and immediately beckoned a slight detour to visit. As New England states are so tiny compared to the West Coast, it wasn't long before I exited the freeway and parked along the street outside Panela. While the restaurant had a large space (noticed later there was a dance floor) and an almost equally large bar area, there were only a couple patrons that day - nursing their beers and quietly chatting. Service was fast and prompt and menus were on the table before I even sat down. Water showed up shortly before I was given a little more time to peruse the menu. It was an interesting menu and well thought out. I had no idea what to order so I just followed my gut on what I felt like gorging on (and was glad I did). I won't go much into dissecting each dish. But I can tell you that the flavors were balanced and pleasant. Each bite beckoned more until the plate was empty. I couldn't stop myself. I had to keep going on everything disappeared from the table. It's one of those times that you're not claiming a dish to be perfect in whatever culinary pedigree BUT that it's so balanced in flavor that your palate is tickled in all forms. It was a tongue-gasmic moment and immediately remedied the most boring meal on earth that I just had earlier today. PS. Researched the background of the restaurant later on. Now everything makes sense. I applaud your need to create and represent. Cheers.
