He even came out again with a sample because I was so nervous about the color and finish that I was trying to decide on. I chose Mark over the other guys I interviewed and I was so glad I did. They did an AMAZING job with our project! They always showed up on time, protected our floors and house while they were working--even though it was such a big job, we hardly had any interruption with our daily life--he and his team made sure the other rooms and areas around the kitchen were protected and his process and how they did it was seamless. It has been two years and eight months and look at my cabinets! Amazing--not one crack! No separation, no fading, no peeling--the cabinets still look factory finished and they look way better than the original finish when they were installed which was a custom glazed finish. I go to the door introduce myself and I said to him as I would any guest, family member, friend etc that come to my home... please take off your shoes and leave at the door. I do not let anyone in my home with there shoes on considering the germs, and things people step on. In any case, he immediately gets upset it seems and said no I will come back and I said well do you have shoe booties if you're umcomfortable with what I thought was a simple request. Again, he seems to get unset and walk away stating he will come back. He knew he wasn't coming back and I was so turned off by his reaction, unprofessionalism on the matter which led me to leave this. So if you are considering doing business with this company... don't ask him to take off his shoes before entering because he will walk out on you with no explanation what's so ever.
