I'm guessing the owner has to have money and not have any sort of heart as business doesn't mean anything to him apparently... long story short, my mother currently has 4 different breast cancers. I have been too busy taking care of her and my father to get a spray tan for myself for my wedding this week. This morning they began putting her on morphine. I decided that I would do something for myself for the big day to try and cheer up. I researched "organic spray tan near me" and this was the first result as it was also sponsored to be there.... He paid money to put it there...Now I know why. While looking online they only had 2:40pm open today so I booked it. Then after confirming, I realized they were actually closed today. I then received a text asking if I could be flexible to do tomorrow. Today was the only time I allotted for myself as I am packed full of stuff as my wedding is Thursday and I explained that. Then he confirmed again through texts. With "Ur good" text to me, I again should have seen this as a bad businessman. Then called me while in route but had to get "dark flip flops" according to his website so I explained to him what I was doing then coming as I live 30 minutes away.Mind you, bridal package is $125 tan before tip.... When he continues the call with "so then your right on point to be here AROUND 2:40". With traffic I got there at 2:50. Understandable that I was late.... By 10 minutes AND I made sure to say I can go elsewhere as I saw they were closed online. He assured me it would be no problem. LIES. He gave me a code, that didn't work. I had to wait for someone to finally let me in and discovered his booth locked.... He had left. Even though according to the wed site I would have been still getting sprayed tanned until 3pm. By 258, after waiting to see if he maybe went to the bathroom or stepped out for a second considering I talked to him about it and he said "around 2:40pm" himself. He then said "you missed your slot" to which I replied with "wow. I would have appreciated a text instead of coming all the way here anyways" and "good luck with business" to which he then replied with telling me he left his 8 year old at home and that was a bigger emergency and that he would be contacting his "attorney" over the review I will be leaving.... THUS, OWENER IS COMPLETELY NASTY AND NOT UNDERSTANDING TO "LIFE". Instead he left before the spray tan was even supposed to be finished. Shame on him. Hope his so called attorney can teach this "owner" how business works. WORD OF MOUTH AND SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEWS. Attached is the complete conversation I had with the owner of a business, including where I "HAHA" his attorney comment. DO NOT SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS THAT THREATENS THEIR PATRONS WITH ATTORNEY INVOLVEMENT BECAUSE I WAS LATE BY 10 MINUTES EVEN WITH COMMUNICATION... if there was an issue,knowing I am bride (just trying to feel better) the owner should have communicated that he stuff going on and he wouldn't be able to fit me in if I was late and I would have gone else here to solve this issue, SIMPLE. Now I get to make sure this doesn't happen to other brides or people in general. do not recommend even talking to the owner or booking because there is no way to know if you will or won't be getting tan by confirming, texting or speaking with the owner over the phone. read more

Armando is by far the worst spray tan artist I've ever encountered. He was incredibly rude and his work done on my friend was absolutely awful and ruined her skin. I was in the room with my friend during her appointment and I can attest to the fact that he was extremely ignorant and was on his phone the entire appointment. He only ever put his phone down to half-assed spray my friend. Aside from his very neglectful attitude, he charged my friend for the deluxe service and only provided the spray tan and rushed the entire appointment.
