I came to this particular location for a last minute custom spray tan. They were able to take me at last minute notice (30 min notice). The girl who did my tan was really sweet and nice. I came out with a dark but natural looking tan for my graduation. The reason I reduced my rating by one star is because of pricing. It's annoying that you can only get good prices by purchasing a package. However, check them out on sites to see if you can find a deal. The prices are pretty steep without a package or a special deal offer.

So eight months ago I was on the search for another brow artist. I found one through Yelp in NYC close to my job and stuck with her for 5 months hoping that she would be able to one day get the shape right. After 5 months of money down the drain, I searched for another local brow artist on Yelp and found Cynthia. I was praying to the brow gods to help me out. After months of inconsistent eyebrows and not feeling my best (I already mentioned I'm an eyebrow feign), in one session I felt like a brand new woman. I'm so happy I found Cynthia and a bonus is she's super close to my house. I've never written a review for either of my past two eyebrow ladies because I felt that although I liked my brows, something wasn't right about them. They were either too arched or too thin. Let me tell you something-I've gotten a fair amount of spray tans, and I have to say, I'd definitely go back to her, and definitely do this solution because it looked so natural, so even, and I had the chance/ability to get this done late on a Friday afternoon, let it set for 2 hours, rinse, board an 11 hour flight and still have it look like when I landed. I started my commute from NYC to the Verona location, but found it odd I never received a reminder -- so I called, only to learn that my appointment was never actually booked, despite scheduling it over the phone 2.5 weeks ago. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day with Megan. However, when I arrived just five minutes past their 10-minute grace period (after calling ahead to let them know I'd be slightly late), I was told I had missed my appointment and the most she could offer was a conversation -- not the actual service. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially given the effort it takes to travel from NYC without a car, and the fact that I've been a loyal client for years. I booked my latest appointment online, making sure to select the hair stylist that I visited previously. When I checked in at the front desk, I was asked who I was seeing, so I stated the name of who I booked with. After being stared at like I was an idiot, I was told there's no way that's correct because she doesn't work there anymore. Turns out I had been moved to another stylist and no one had the decency to call and give me a heads up. I then had to figure out where to go and who I was seeing on my own - which was awkward to say the least. The hair stylists are really nice and great at what they do, but the lack of organization and basic customer service overshadows that for me. A smile or "hi how are you?" would go a long way.
