When a friends checked on SUNDAY, the order had NOT been delivered! They never attempted to contact me! I called the people who processed the payments for the orders yesterday and reported all of this. They assured me they'd contact them. This florist them changed the order entirely- I understand that is necessary sometimes. but I was NOT contacted, and again had NO idea what they were doing! They did deliver a plant to my friend which I again found out from other friends! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never use them again! With technology being so rampant, a call, a text or an email is NOT too much to expect!
