What a great lounge. The parking lot it's in is the same you'd use for Cultura Tacos y Mas and Fuoco's! What a trifecta!!!!First, up front Robert (Bob, Bobby) is the best! Very knowledgeable able and top notch when interacting and delivering great customer service. Love they have Opus X's and the next two nights I went to town haha. They have 4 chairs in the front room and very well lit. Middle Room, Bar Room, is where McKenzie is throwing down! This is more that darker, club vibe. This has a lot of hightop seating and many TV's, not to mention a killer bar. Also awesome. She recommended a burrito place in the same parking lot and it was the best burrito I've ever had! The Third area is straight lounge chairs, music, digital jukebox and bathroom, with medium lighting. This lounge is very deceiving one would think it's very small if you go to the front but then you'll see if it's very large. Loved spending my time there both nights. *Overall, there aren't many lounges now down there, thank God this one's so good!*

Great, walk-in humidor with a good selection of sticks from all of the major brands. Bartender will cut your cigar for you and hands you a box of matches and an ashtray. It was so sad to see cigars in that condition. If you plan to smoke there, you have to purchase two cigars or a cigar and a drink. They only had water and coffee. ??? If you're going to make that a requirement, you should stock a bit of an array. The lounge chairs are all similar in status...old and run down. The TV was "locked" and the employee working said he could call the manager to get it unlocked...whatever that means. The cell service was abysmal (we were on AT&T) and while the employee started streaming music, it would play for a couple seconds and pause for even longer...leading me to believe there wasn't WiFi available. To be fair, we didn't ask. I'm sure at one point, this was a great place. It isn't anymore. I've been to many lounges and this was the most run down I've ever encountered.

The prices are fair better than most cigar lounges. I think that the place has a lot of traffic making the main humidor hard to keep up with it. Very understandable. So about into second third I had some issues due to the cigar I picked was right in front of the door that opens and closes. Other than that super cool place I do look forward in trying one more cigar and if I have an issue with it I won't be coming back. I love that you can bring your own food and drinks just no alcohol which I can care less for. The people that come there are very social and friendly and so is Ronnie the store clerk.

We walk in and this place is HUGE. This place also has a lot of respect for their military and first responders with a wall dedicated to those that sacrificed their lives for the people they serve. The cigar selection was also huge. You name it they had it. The lounge itself was stacked with comfy seating areas and tv's. One thing that stuck out was their customer service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Let's just say my buddy wasn't happy to be in Hesperia on his birthday especially on a Tuesday. After visiting Havana, he ended up saying this was one of the best birthday's he has had in a while. This place is a must stop for those wanting to chill and relax with a stogie.
