Such a great lounge. It was my first time here and my experience was great. It also happened to be a Drew Estate event so that was fun too. Great selection of Arturo Fuente Cigars, as well as Drew Estate, Joya de Nicaragua, and so much more. The young lady who is the manager was fantastic making sure everyone was happy and was very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions about particular cigars I was looking at. They also had a nice selection of cutters, lighters and other cigar accessories available. They even had a table with fine shaving accessories for you guys out there who want something special for your shaves. Lots of regulars here, almost everyone knew each other and were welcoming and friendly. Two rooms, both with large TVs and comfortable seating. Nice refrigerator with cold drinks were available. Everything about this place was sleek and classy. I recommend you check this lounge out, I know I'll be back again. The two cigars I enjoyed were the Drew Estate Undercrown Sun Grown and a Joya De Nicaragua Red.

Good place to smoke and relax. The staff and customers are super friendly. We were able to grab a seat in the front part of the lounge. They also have a back lounge. It's always nice to find new places to enjoy cigar. We were out there for a meeting and decided to check out Lordsburg cigar lounge after the meeting. read more

IF I COULD I'D RATE THEM A ZERO I WOULD! I would never recommend anyone to come here! And I sure wouldn't rate this as one of the top 10 places to visit in La Verne! Stopped in La Verne and decided to come to this cigar lounge due to the reviews. As a woman cigar smoker, it was very disheartening to walk in and not even be acknowledged. Based on other reviews from yelp and TripAdvisor people have said that the customer service has been great, well, I can let you know that if you're a woman you don't get any of that. My wife and I walked in and we were not greeted or acknowledged. We stood by the humidor looking to see if someone would talk to us. There were three gentlemen sitting, and we basically got ignored, until finally, a younger gentleman who I assume worked there looked at us and said, "Did you want something?"We asked if we could look inside the humidor and he basically waved us in; didn't get up, didn't ask us if we needed any help. While looking around inside the humidor, not once did he come in to assist us. As we came out to purchase our cigars he didn't ask us if we wanted to smoke there or if we wanted our cigars cut; zero eye contact, mumbled what our total was. As one of the only places in La Verne to buy and smoke cigars at, I would highly recommend that customer service training be implemented, because turning away customers by making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome is definitely a way to go out of business. read more

Such a great lounge. It was my first time here and my experience was great. It also happened to be a Drew Estate event so that was fun too. Took A friend that was visiting from out of state there. Small cigar lounge. Has two seating areas one up front and one in the back both with TVs. They do not serve alcohol at this location, however they do have a bar and grill less than 2 miles away that you could go to and sit outside and enjoy your cigar. read more

I really enjoy coming here to smoke cigars :) Good friendly people, I feel very welcome here. They have WiFi and a few big screen TVs. If you want to socialize or just chill alone to smoke your cigar, this is a great place to go :) Really good ventilation as well. read more

Nice lounge to chill a have a stick. Large walk in humidor with a good selection. Prices are about average compared to other places. Comfy chairs, big TV's and friendly people. They also sell snacks and non alcoholic drinks. read more

I really dig this place, I usually only pickup a couple Rocky Patel Edge Sumatras. Their humidor keeps the cigars fresh, so I can take them home and smoke them right away. This is close to the fwy entrance and close to my favorite gas station & car wash (La Verne Carwash) Very convenient. **** read more

Had to be in La Verne for 4 days for a basketball tournament. First time at Lordsburg with my dad visiting from out of town. Had a great time just relaxing in the backroom watching the college playoff games while having a smoke. Good selection of cigars. Mike was very helpful in recommending a cigar for me. Regulars were friendly and the staff always checked in to make sure we were good. You can get bottled water or other canned soda/beverages for cheap and they kept menus of the local restaurants in the same strip mall. Able to order the food and get it back to the line to eat. Spent a minimum of 5 hours here each day. Would recommend this place to friends and will be sure to visit again when I'm in the area. read more

This a great local lounge. There is a wonderful selection of sticks and the regulars are friendly. I'm not a regular, but feel welcome here. Which is not something I can say about a lot of places. Of particular note is Ronnie. She was very helpful in selecting a cigar and she really knew her stuff. She made the visit more enjoyable. I plan to be back soon. read more

Great Cigar lounge. There are two flat screen TVs. Nice leather seats. Coffee, water, and soda. They have most of my favorite cigars and have a great selection in their humidor. They have an instagram account which they update frequently to let everyone know about upcoming events they have. Poker night, football, baseball, etc. Once in a while they have Cigar events from cigar vendors. Plus the owners, the people that work there, and the patrons are friendly and helpful. read more

Decided to check out this place. Ambiance is great, place is very roomy inside, music isn't too loud, and drinks were ice cold. I tried the fish and chips and they were delicious. Fish wasn't overcooked and Fries were perfectly hot. My best friend got the lobster grilled cheese. The bread was nice and toasted and it actually tasted pretty good. They have a big menu inside when you get in that shows you all of the happy hour and drink specials. Staff was friendly and seemed like everybody worked as a team I will definitely be back. I needed a place to meet with someone who lives out in Pomona, and he suggested we get together at this cigar lounge. He said it was somewhere between where he lived and where I live. (That's true. I think it was closer to Pomona than to Pasadena, but I wasn't about to start measuring.) Lordsburg is what I can best describe as a Texas-size strip mall. I think there's a supermarket or something at one end, but the thing just keeps going on and on. I'm not complaining, just describing. There certainly is plenty of parking. I have to admit I wasn't expecting much from a cigar lounge with a strip mall front, so the inside of Lordsburg made a nice surprise. It's got a nice feel, with comfortable chairs, good-size humidor, and a friendly and helpful dude (he was definitely a dude) working. The guys smoking definitely were no attitude. Prices in the humidor looked good to me, and ten bucks will buy you a good cigar. I got set up with a Kristoff Corojo for about that (good cigar, medium body but full flavor, I'd definitely have one again), but, since the chairs were all occupied, I wondered where I was going to have my meeting. Turns out there's a big lounge room in the back with plenty of seating and the usual TVs playing sports. The lighting is low, so it's easy to unwind. The chairs are comfortable and there's plenty of room for a tall dude to stretch out. I have only one complaint: the chairs are arranged against the walls of a large and almost square room. That means that they're all next to each other side-by-side, so you can't face the person you're talking to. As I was there to talk to someone, I found the seating arrangement a little awkward. I like to look someone in the eye when I'm talking to him. Most people go to Lordsburg is to relax, so it's not their fault that I had a crick in my neck when I got back in the truck. It's actually a great place to relax, and I'd definitely stop by again if were out Laverne way and had some time to kill. They had some other Kristoffs in the humidor that I bet I'd enjoy trying. read more

Best Cigar Lounge in this town. So used to the LA cigar lounges and visiting this place was refreshing to me. Great selection of Cigars, two big flat screen TVs, comfortable leather sofa, cool art on the wall, friendly staff. Happy that they have a cigar lounge here in this area. Will definitely go back and maybe even become a regular. Sunday football with hotdogs and you can byob. Coffee, soda, water available and Deer with a gold chain like Run DMC. You'll see what I'm saying. ;) Easy parking too! read more

By far the best cigar lounge I have been to in the area. They offer a selection of premium cigars at great prices. There is comfortable seating in the front and back of the shop. The shop is ventilated very well with a walk in humidor. They also have great artwork for sale and a nice selection of Colibri cutters and lighters. Matt Booth is my hero and stops by the shop often as well as Brandon from Wilson Adams. read more

I just stopped by this place after a long haul. First of all, I have read some of the negative reviews and I am quite surprised--I found this place to be exceptional--much more inline with the majority of reviewers experience. I'll start with the manager I met, I believe his name was Mike. This man was a cigar savant. I told him the type of stick I usually smoke, but I wanted to try something different than my usual. This man was in my head--it was the perfect choice. The environment is clean and classy. The people that were in there smoking were extremely friendly--offering me drinks and just engaging. Everyone seemed to know each other and were laughing and just having an overall good time. I highly recommend this place! read more

Wonderful, relaxing and laid back place. First time in a cigar lounge. New to smoking cigars as well. The clerk was very kind and patient while helping my partner and I selecting the perfect cigar. The lounge in the front is for "non-members" to smoke in. They however do seem to offer a, members club. It really looks like a blast. All of the gentlemen going into the club were very funny and friendly... in a VERY courteous way. Being a female that was so refreshing to be in a "man cave" and feeling completely at home! They have a big tv watch your sporting events, etc. They sell beverages. Also, for a smoking lounge... while there were several people smoking, never was there any haze in the place. Can't wait to become a member. read more

A few years ago a couple of young-er (ha) guys got together in search of a place where they could just chill, smoke a cigar, and hang out with some cool people without normal pretense that follows cliché-rich wallpapered, old-fogie, cigar dens of the past. I think you will find the vibe in our spot is quite different.

We get wristbands and assigned a table. We were told to wait in another line but we were let in shortly after. We bypass the 80's bar and go to a back room to make it feel like a "speakeasy." They gave us some ground rules and led us to our tables. At the table you have a QR code where you can place drink orders. The bar brings out your drinks to the table. Service was fairly quick and friendly. The drinks were all sweet cocktails and in the "Matterhorn Lodge" theme. There is a 2 drink minimum purchase (per guest) and each drink is $20+ so it can add up. I'm more of a beer person but some of the drinks were delicious. There was one that tasted like Christmas morning (cinnamon, clove, milky) and another drink that had popping boba that was also fun. If you're a butterfinger or peanut butter fan, there was one drink that tasted like it (you'll see it on the drink menu). I wouldn't say the drinks were strong. They do a good job of enforcing the theme. They had a "Yeti" come out and interact with the tables. Good for photo ops. They also had a magician doing a few tricks, and I enjoyed that the most. The place was kept fairly chilly! Even the bathrooms had jokes and signage on the walls that alluded to the alps. Overall a great time. Small venue but pretty chill. Can be pricey. Take a sweater. Good for dates and small groups.

I work in a speakeasy, the hard work and preparation is what makes it great and attracts people to your venue. Last time I was there, we showed up just before 8, and there was a line of people with reservations waiting to get in. We were the only people there for 45 minutes and then a few other people showed up. You killed this place and it saddens me. I loved your different themes and vibes and now, I will never go back.

Food was average bar food, but let's be real, they're not known for their food. We had the cheddar bacon curly fries and they're the type of food you want once you start drinking alcohol. So really, this place is doing its job. The food wasn't top tier but it definitely caters to crowds need. If you love a loud environment, good music, and dancing this is the place for you. Manager Mo personally called me back (just as his assistant promised) and we quickly cleared it up. I was not charged gratuity on the pickup order -- that's why I'm updating and correcting my original post. Mo also shared how frustrated he is that Square won't let him remove the gratuity option for pickup orders. He believes customers shouldn't be charged gratuity on takeout. He mentioned that when placing online orders, you now have the option to simply select "No" for gratuity. I sincerely apologize to the entire team at X20 for my earlier comments. I'm grateful Mo took the time to resolve this so professionally and stood behind his brand. Thank you again, Mo -- your integrity and great service mean a lot. Keep making amazing food and great memories for your customers!
