Refunded order 44 minutes after ordering after waiting half an hour
    Jake K.

I've had multiple bad experiences every time I've tried the place in the last year. They screw up orders, forget orders, and just are generally sloppy and unreliable. The manager today had no idea about the other manager telling me nonstop "come back in and it's on us next time," but apparently if I don't know the full name of the manager I deserve some condescending response like I'm trying to steal food from them. No, you jerks, you've not provided on several times the food we paid for! And instead I get treated like I'm some thief trying to come up on them. Nah, now instead of being "ok" if some local friends want to go there, I'm not heading there again. Tired of their nonsense, overpriced food, holier than thou management team, and cheesy played out decorations that haven't been updated since they've opened. Go someplace more authentic and is of better value with your time and money.

Came here on a Thursday afternoon. Never heard of the place but I was starving and craving Mexican. We were greeted by our server and he was super friendly. I got a mango frozen marg with tajin and my partner got a michelada. The michelada had zero flavor. My marg was super good but could not taste any alcohol. And it was almost 20 dollars. We asked for a water with our drinks and never recieved it. The chips and salsa were really good! I ordered the asada tacos. And the presentation seemed good. But then when I went to eat some rice I found a plastic wrap in it. I immediately got grossed out and did not eat my meal. Was waiting for the waiter to come and check on us so that was he could fix it but he never came. Not even once to check on us. He seemed very busy. My partner ate all of her food and I left hungry. The waiter then came back and asked if I wanted a box and I said no and told him what had happened and he took it off the bill which was nice. And asked if I wanted another one but I said no because she had already finished eating and at that point it was super hot outside and I just wanted to go home. So not sure I will ever come back here. Staff is friendly but I don't really want to be eating plastic.

Beautiful traditional Mexican restaurant that is clean, with an amazing menu, awesome wait staff and DELICIOUS FOOD!!! My dish had the name "Colorado," tender beef with a chili sauce, beans and cheese in a small tortilla bowl, and red rice!!!! I wanted to eat it all took the rest home! I live in Mississippi, nothing compared back home! I'll be back!!!!

It's a very colorful restaurant, with good music. Service was decent, we waited at the table just a bit before getting greeted, but once ordered the service was better. The margarita was tasty, not strong but tasty :). The food had a very good taste and we liked everything on the plate. Enchilada, chile relleno all was delicious.

Food hot fresh tasty chips, and salsa, enchiladas, shrimp, steak, tacos, beans, and rice yummy. Margaritas were strong. Great service fast and efficient. Ambience, nice decor seating noise level not extremely loud. Overall, I would go back and I recommend this place.

It's a big restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. They had a band playing music at table side when I visited. It's in a plaza so there's plenty of parking. We came as a big group. The staff were nice to put multiple tables together in the bar area for us. The service was slow as we waited for a while to put in our orders. I ordered a sampler platter. It came with taquitos with three different meats, quesadillas and chicken wings (which is odd to have wings there. They looked like buffalo wings but didn't taste like it). Margaritas are good. There are many flavors to choose from. Overall, the visit was average.

Always good but tonight was just okay. Food was superb but the service seems odd. Not bad just not as good as it has been. Maybe someone called out. In any case an enjoyable place to go.

To start off our server was super friendly and gave us chips and salsa to begin with. We love that it comes with free refills because the chips tasted so fresh and salsa was also very tasty, just wish it had a little kick of spice! I got the Chicken Enchiladas, it came with a side of black beans. I loved their verde sauce that the enchiladas are smothered in, both the sauce and chicken had amazing flavor. Sauce was citrusy which I loved in a verde chili, overall Id definitely order it again. My boyfriend ordered the Huevos Rancheros which came with a side of beans, rice and flour tortillas. I didnt taste it but it looked amazing and my boyfriend enjoyed it as well, he finished every bite! I got to try his fresh flour tortillas and they were very tasty as well, I love how fresh everything is! Ambience inside was gorgeous and really love how festive it looked.

Stopped by Casa de Pico today and arrived early, so we sat at the bar area. Juan took great care of us, he's very professional, friendly and he made our drinks worthwhile. Even though we only had chips and salsa, the service and atmosphere made the experience enjoyable. Always a good time here and we'll definitely be back again.

The food is okay. Nothing to go crazy about. I order the Chili Poblano every time because it's consistent. My pops ordered the fajita trio and it only came with TWO corn tortillas. An entire platter of fajitas and only two tortillas for $36.95 is crazy to me. The service was lackluster at best. Our server was an older man and he was pretty rude and didn't come around often. He actually picked my menu up off the table then put my silverware/napkin down and sat the menu on top of the exposed silverware. Gross! I probably won't be going back. $115 for lunch for two and I could have gotten way better food from a whole in the wall taco shop.

We got the fresh homemade bread, polpettine, insalate venere, linguine, and lasagna. The herb infused dip for the bread was delicious, and the bread came warm wrapped in a towel. The polpettine was my favorite appetizer, the meat was so tender and delicious and paired perfectly with the whipped ricotta. I appreciated the olives and onions in the dish as well, and the sauce was great with the bread. Our server was extremely kind and offered to split the salad for us. My boyfriend loved the salad and loved the pairing of the greens, goat cheese, and walnuts together. He got the lasagna for the main and noted that there were about 12 layers beautifully stacked upon one another. My linguine was delicious and packed with seafood which was cooked perfectly. The texture of the linguine was delicious and seemed home made. Overall the food and service were excellent. I'm so glad I found a gem near my home and will be back to try more of the menu.

The plethora of beers, hard seltzers and ciders on tap looked like an expansive collection. There was something here for everyone. They even had a chocolate espresso martini on tap. I didn't drink but those in my party enjoyed every sip and got a good buzz goin. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it's still easy to spend an hour or two here with friends. They also serve food, which I'll have to come back and try another time. Instead of ordering drinks at the bar, you start a tab by leaving your credit card with the cashier. They give you a tap card that lets you pour your own drinks. You can sample just a little or fill up a whole glass. It's completely up to you. They have everything from beer and wine to a few craft cocktails on tap. If you want to try something different, you can swap out your glass and keep exploring. The same tap card also activates all of the arcade games, which I thought was a really cool touch. It makes everything feel connected instead of having to carry around a bunch of tokens or cash. When I visited, they were hosting trivia night. It definitely brought in a crowd. Most of the tables were full, so walking around got a little tight because the space isn't very big. Even so, the atmosphere was lively. It felt like everyone was having a good time. I ended up trying the Cranberry Mule, which I really enjoyed. It was nice being able to pour just the amount I wanted instead of committing to a full drink. Overall, I had a really fun time here. It's a unique spot that gives you something a little different from your typical bar. Once you're ready to leave, you just close out your tab and head home. I'd definitely come back with a group of friends.

Parking is a nightmare good luck finding parking within a mile of the restaurant. Pros: atmosphere, drinks, service Cons: food wasn't great for the price, restaurant was small and crowded, no parking Service: All of our servers were friendly and very accommodating. Gave us some knowledge on the menu and recommended cocktails based on our preference. I had spilled my drink and they were quick to make me another one. Food: I had intended to get the prime ribeye cap steak but they ran out for the night around 8pm. I shared the steak sampler which came with four different cuts of steak and 4 sauces. I ordered medium and it was cooked medium/medium rare which was fine with me, it also had a good sear, almost burnt though. Out of the four steaks, we only liked two based off flavor and tenderness. The other two were more tough and gamey. None of the sauces really stood out but the bordelaise and horseradish were good. For our sides we got fries, roasted broccoli, and the grilled wedge salad. Fries were average. The roasted broccoli had really good flavor, I expected the broccoli to be al dente but it was cooked to mush and drenched in sauce. The grilled wedge salad was decent, there was a slightly bitter taste to it. I know it says grilled wedge but the experience of biting into the salad and it being both hot and cold was not pleasant. Cocktails: I tried the Honey Ryder and New Wave. These were recommended as the more fruity/sweet cocktails. You can definitely taste the alcohol but it's only 2oz so it's not too strong. Ambience: 10/10 I got seated downstairs by the bar. Only thing about downstairs is that it's too dark to take photos unless you use flash. Overall, I agree with the other reviews saying to go just for drinks and appetizers. I would go again just to sit upstairs and get drinks and take pictures.
