They can't get to it for a week, and say it's a two man job because the unit has to be pulled out from the wall. It might cost $2000. This is when I call Pros Fix. At 9 AM. I tell them the problem. They chuckle, because there's no way a clogged drain line requires full unit removal. By 10:15, two of their pros show up. By 10:45, it's fixed. By 11:30, everything is cleaned and done. And for way less than $2000! Like the name says, these guy are pros. Friendly. Professional. They make it look easy.

Matt from MK Appliance responded that he could repair my washing machine for between $200-$300. I finally scheduled for him to come out and fix it yesterday. He got to my house before he said he would, finished replacing the shocks in less time than he said it would take and the price for parts/labor was extremely reasonable. They will be my go-to for any and all appliance repair needs in the future. It was assigned to service a dishwasher under a home warranty…read more Like the other reviews, the technician, Albert, arrived but did not provide the service paid for. At first, he said the dishwasher was not leaking. I then showed him where there was water leaking from the unit. He said he would remove the unit and assess. I was then told that it's the company policy that customers are not allowed to watch while the technicians perform service. He then refused to service the dishwasher and left. Said behavior is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and suggestive of fraudulent business practices. Why wouldn't a customer be allowed to watch a repair being performed, especially if it is not dangerous, but for potentially deceitful business practices? A complaint was filed with the home warranty company and a request to speak with the owner, Jorge, was left with the scheduler, Joanna. If we are ever assigned this company under one of our home warranties again, we will reference the warranty company to the poor reviews and request a different provider. Overall, based on this experience and reviews of others, this is not a company that I would recommend. This review is specific to the JC Appliance Repair doing business out of Pacoima, CA.
