Initially, they were quick to respond. They sent out Steve who arrived in the scheduled timeframe. My refrigerator has not been cold enough so he cleaned the lint off the coils on the bottom of the fridge and recommended not placing too many items in the back of fridge where the blower is located. He said this should solve the issue and was 70% sure it would work. If not, he would order a temperature sensor and return to fix the issue. Cleaning the coils did not fix the issue. I have repeatedly called them to come back out and install the temperature sensor and they have ignored all of my calls and an additional online request. If you want someone who does half a job and ignores your calls, this is your place! I have worked in customer service over 25 years and have never ignored a customers call or request for service. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I have had more than 4 appointments with them over the last few months and there is always an issue. They say the appointment time is between 8 am and 10 am, and then leave when they arrive at 7:55 am and we are not there to let them in. Or they will come at 2pm when the appointment is between 8 am and 10 am. That's crazy! We obviously make an appointment time slot for a reason. There has been 2 occasions where we were home all day and they didn't come at all. No call, no show! I have been trying to get my washer fixed for months and unfortunately Sears has a contract with them and it's been hard to have my service transferred elsewhere, but that is exactly what I am going to do. They are the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. When trying to make an appointment, they say they will call you back, but never do. The make appointments to show up and we rearrange our schedule, but they don't show up. Horrible Service! I would give them -5 Stars, if I could. Update: This company is trying to say that I am confused and they have never worked with me. I have attached a screenshot of my appointment. I most certainly did have an appointment with them June 5th and they no called no showed! My husband stayed home all day waiting for them for no reason! Hired My Appliance Guy in Sept 2022 to repair a Samsung wall oven that would not heat. We were told the heating coil needed to be replaced, which was an expensive fix ($425) but decided to go ahead with the repair. Took literally one entire month and several follow ups to finally "get the part", which should have been my first indication to stop calling this company. Unfortunately, we persisted and Steve finally showed up again to replace the part and get paid (I had to leave to pick up my kids because the repair was taking too long) but did not even realize the problem wasn't fixed! He said nothing and took payment for not completing the repair. Followed up several times, kept being told they would fix the problem, were waiting for another part, bla bla. They have the best customer service. I called a few places and everyone was either closed or the earliest appointment was next day. Anna set me up for same day service for my refrigerator at 8pm. Our refrigerator stopped working and they fixed it the same day in about 2 hours at a very reasonable price (it was considered an "emergency call" at this time and had a $45 fee) overall we paid just under $220 with the fee included to get our fridge running again. My Appliance Guy fixed my dryer problem a couple of weeks ago. He had an OEM replacement part with him, so he was able to do the repair in one quick visit. Steve, owner/tech, was a really nice guy and very professional. He knew his stuff. The dryer acted up again a couple of weeks later. It was at an inopportune time. I needed the dryer working right away. Steve squeezed me into his schedule, came out, and did the repair for no charge since the problem was with the part that he had replaced earlier. First off these are guys are the truth don't waist time trying to decide if my lost proves it just message them and wait you'll wish you did if you don't Steve showed up as stated and got right to business eventually we came to realize maybe my fridge was having a brain fart of some sort he did see the damper had a blockage and cleared it out all and all he understood the situation and didn't over charge just cause or anything in fact I insisted to just install the new damper but he suggested to just see if it stays working properly and if it does fail again to go ahead and call him he will come right over and replace it with no extra fees except the fee for part and labor but my initial payment would also go towards that work so if that don't float your boat then idk what does most the other repair guys on Yelp wanted 95-120 just to come and then yea it would also go towards the job but you'd pay more initial labor super over priced stock with Steve and the repair guys company there the best on the market believe that !! read more
