How nice of them. Have them fix your microwave. Now, they won't fix it, they will make it worse and do nothing and I do mean nothing about it. This is because they don't care at all. They are happy go lucky creeps who are rude, incompetent and I have to say it incredibly stupid. And they don't care at all. Enjoy the misery of dealing with the rudest people you will ever meet. Listen to them make excuses and if you are really lucky they will blame you. Happy New Year. For the most part these people are hired by large appliance companies and furniture companies. Ya, they can screw up anything. Have them set up your computer. Now, that will be fun. They delivered an appliance for me and said I would have to remove my door to get it in. Spatial reasoning is not their fine suit, well nothing is. Of course it fit through the door, but now they were unhappy with me. So sorry. They then did me the honor of hitting my wall and taking some of the paint off. I get to repaint. Ya, for me. When I told them to get out of my house, they were happy to leave and not give names, a card, or anything. I had to call to find out who they were and sure enough when I reached them, the same horrid voice answered the phone. Did he help. Of course not. They are just too happy to do anything. They are cheap so stores use them. Do yourself a favor, whenever you are going to have something delivered or repaired call whoever is in charge of this nightmare and tell them you will not have Artin at your home--like ever. I have never had such a horrible experience than I had with Artin Electronics. They are the most unprofessional replace/repair people I have ever dealt with. They are rude, obnoxious, make a mess, don't clean it up and break things. I have a Purple Bed, which is new. It has a massage function which of course requires a motor. It never worked like the one in the store. We waited a few weeks, went to the store to make sure I was right, and then asked for replacement of the motor, which is under warranty. First it took weeks for Artin to get in touch with us, I had to call Sit and Sleep and complain. When they finally called they were booked for weeks and then the one day they had we were to be out of town. It took them almost 4 months, I kid you not, to finally show up. When they did arrive they were in plain clothes, no marking on their truck at all. I had to ask for a business card as they never introduced themselves "We are here to fix bed." They were late. They called to say they would be here at 1:00. When they did not show we called and they said, maybe 2. They showed up at 4:50 pm, outside of their 4 hour window. They came in and torn apart my bed and placed a dirty, greasy, metal pad right on my very expensive sheets. It is the pad they use that has orders in it. They tried to replace the motor and twice it was making so much noise I could hear it in another room and they were scratching my hard wood floors. I asked if all was okay and then said they would get it right. They put the motor in and said they were done and wanted to leave. I said let me check it. The new motor (which I don't believe was new--not in a sealed box) did not work at all. They started pushing on the bed and said "Maybe it work." I said no and tried it again. It totally failed. I asked them to put the old motor back. They did not want to. I told them to put the bed back the way it was. They put the old motor back on, which now barely works. I asked if they were going to correct the bedding back to the way it was. They said, "You do." They then told me they were hired by a different bed company. I then got upset and told them they made a mess and the motor is bad. I am not happy with this and no I won't sign your slip that says all is well. One of the men (again they would not tell me their names) said, "And I don't like dog hair!!." Just Oh my God. I have a dog. She was outside the entire time except for less than 20 seconds when she got in and went to say hi. I grabbed her and took her out. That was 20 seconds or less. Now the dog does have hair. He was petting the dog as I was grabbing her. These people and this company is the worst. The company that retained them should know better with all these horrid reviews. That company is Ergomotion. Whether I will have to deal with them again, I don't know as I called Sit and Sleep. I can say that no one from Artin will ever be allowed near me again. read more

Beyond terrible. Used their service in connection with ARW Home Insurance which I'll also be cancelling. Had to get my freezer fixed - all the guy did was kick my freezer door a bit and say it wasn't closing properly, and to turn it on and off to melt some of the ice inside. Neither action did a single thing to fix the freezer. Not only that, he misinformed the home insurance company that he had replaced parts and lied about his actual service date, which locked me out of being able to make a follow-up. Absolutely pathetic and I would heavily encourage anyone to avoid this company. read more

i highly recommend Razmic from Artin Electronic. I had to fix 24 inches stackable washer/dryer, rather expensive, almost new and with a lots of electronics. I had earlier two other appliances men hoping the can fix it but they decided quickly washer/dryer is not fixable. Razmic very quickly assessed the problem, order the part which needs to be replaced, came two days later and I can do the laundry today! The price was very fair, Razmic was on time or texted me if there was a delay, he is very professional and easy to communicate with and definitely knows what he is doing. If I could give zero stars I would... this guy is a JOKE. Our water heater that is under warranty went out so I called like kindly and was told that this services would contact me to schedule and come out. Great I thought... he came out on a Friday I believe and said that he was going f to order a part and it should be here by Monday. He gave us a tweak to so if we lost hot water in the interim. Well, we lost hot water but the tweak he gave us worked great. Later on that day though I received an email and voicemail from Home Depot that our claim was closed. I called Home Depot because there is no reason the claim should be closed when the job WAS NOT complete. I was told to call the services which I did. He was rude as hell, told me why do I care that the claim was closed when he ordered the part, saying I was making a big deal out of nothing. He told me he ordered the part so call him when I receive it. I was livid to say the least and wanted to let him HAVE IT but I needed my water heater serviced. Called the warranty company back to speak with a supervisor. She called him while I was on hold and he was rude to her... smh When it was all said and done he basically closed my claim because he was trying to get paid twice. I really hope they never use this guy again. They sent someone else out who serviced my water heater; yes he had to order a part that came the next day, and he in then came out the next day to complete the job! Oh and bu the way, I NEVER received the part that Artin supposedly ordered so he NEVER even ordered the part.. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! read more

We needed repair for our Sharp drawer microwave and found this company through the list of recommended repair places for Sharp. They came for a diagnosis in August 2023. It took 3 months and multiple phone calls for them to return to complete the job. The work was completed in November 2023. Apparently it was a replacement part needed. The repair cost $450. Two months later, the microwave stopped functioning. The company is now not responding to multiple calls. Not recommended under any circumstances! read more

Recently, our Sharp microwave stopped working, and our initial thought was to replace it. In our search we found that the current day microwaves are either too small for our built in space or the right width but two inches too deep for our cabinet. In shear frustration we started thinking that maybe our Sharp Carousel manufactured in 1997 could be repaired. We made a series of calls and got excuses from 1) you can't get parts for that microwave any longer, 2) we don't have a mechanic that can work on that model, 3) persistent hang ups to our calls and 4) a long wait on line before someone hung up. We called the Sharp manufacturer who graciously said she would call a shop close to us in Burbank to see if they could fix our machine while we were on hold. That is when she gave us the name Artin Electronics and a phone number. We called immediately and he answered in person immediately saying that he would look at our machine this afternoon and see what was needed. He just left. Not only did he show up when he said he would, he diagnosed what was faulty and replaced the part. Once again, our microwave works. Artin was efficient and very personable. The whole process was very enjoyable and he was extremely reasonable with his charge. My husband and I thoroughly recommend him. read more

Terrible terrible service. Our fridge broke down and we contacted Artin. He came and told us that the compressor is not working and that we should call LG to send a new one. We had the new one sent over and he came and changed it. He charged us $465 for the replacement of a product that WE ordered. He told us it will take a day for the fridge to work. The fridge never worked. We called him for a week then he finally picked up his phone. He showed up again but didn't know what he was doing. Told us some other part needs to be replaced and that he will order it for us. 10 days went by he never called or followed up. I was still without a fridge waiting for him to come replace the second part. I called him again and told him that just refund my money since he cannot fix my fridge. I had a broken part in my old Frigidaire washer, the bottom half of washer/dryer stack. With the supply line valve in the ON position and the washer off, water would fill the washer tub. I called Artin and he came out and looked at it the same day. He quoted me a fair price, so I decided in this case to move forward with the repair. When the part arrived a few days later, Artin returned to my place to do the repair. The stacked w/d is heavy, but Artin was able to move it away from the wall and cabinets without damaging either or the flooring. We lifted the dryer (it's not heavy) off the top, and Artin got to work. He worked largely from experience, I would say, and he had the old part out and the new part in in very little time. Artin advised me not to do a load immediately; instead, he suggested I wait overnight to see if there is water in the tub in the morning. If the leak is fixed, go ahead and do a load in the morning, he said. There was no leak overnight, and the load of laundry ran to completion without issues. Thank you, Artin! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I was put in touch with this company as a result of having purchased an extended warranty on my GE Washing Machine. I called the phone number as directed and scheduled an service appointment (for 6.01.20). The technician arrived, I described the nature of the problem and he proceeded to look at the machine. (I even started up the machine so that he could hear the unnerving/annoying noise that the relatively silent machine was making. When I first purchased the washer it ran so quietly that I, often, had to stand by it to make sure it was working.) He said, on 6.01.20, that a part (a gear for the motor) needed to be ordered and that he would call me when it arrived. After not hearing from him, in a week's time, I called him. He said, "I told you I would call you. We are a small company and cannot call all of our customers." I told him that, while I appreciate the size of his company, a call to update me would be appreciated - and that not receiving a call leaves me in limbo and that is not acceptable customer service...for a company of any size. It is now 6.15.20 - and I have still not heard a word. (I am also sending a copy of this review to the Warranty Company to advise them of the lack of follow-thru of a company that 'represents' their commitment to service. By the way, I have paid a premium of $209.09 for this extended warranty - and this is the first time I've had to use it. Needless to say, if this is the kind of service I'm paying for - I won't be renewing this extended warranty.) read more

Horrible!!! I paid close to $300 for NOTHING! I was told we needed a new part, which we ordered through him. The worker came in and broke a piece of my newly done floor, but that's not the worst part!! My fridge continued and continues to leak after their service. Just wanted to thank this repair shop for fixing my refrigerator. Called their number and talked to the owner. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered the part for me. There is a major difference between good customer service, and being nice. The staff is INCREDIBLY nice, but they show absolutely no care to paying customers. I took a projector here to get fixed, and I wont lie, it is a rare, discontinued and tricky projector, so I wasn't surprised that these people weren't able to fix it. I took it for a $15 evaluation of the projector, which basically is them taking it apart and finding the problem. They called me an hour after that, and insisted they fix it, because they already dissembled it. What pissed me off the most, is that after I dropped off my projector, I didn't hear from anyone for two weeks, until I called them myself. When I called them myself, and asked for the updates on my projector, they told me they would call me back in an hour or so. I didn't hear from them for another week. I called again for updates a week later, and they didn't know what projector I was talking about, so the guy took down my name, number, and projector info, and he would call me back. He didn't. I called a week after again, and the guy said he couldn't fix my projector, and I could pick it up in two days. He said he would call me and remind me. He didn't. One more week passed, and I called them saying I would pick it up in the morning, and they said ok. The morning after, I went to pick it up, and the guy forgot that I was coming to pick it up, so it was still not put together. So I told him I was going to wait here until he put it together. Finally he put it together, I got my projector back, and I left... But I will forever be oblivious to the fact of them actually trying to fix my projector, or if they didn't take anything of value out of the motherboard and add their cheap crap into it. read more

Probably the worst repair experience I've had. Basically just thievery. This company charged me $96 to come to my house, where they told me they could fix my stove. A month went by. Another. I called them and each time I did I was told a new excuse as to why they can't fix the stove and why they can't give me my $96 dollars back. I'm blown away! My front loading Kenmore clothers dryer knocked, wheezed and quit working this Saturday morning. Referred to Artin's, I called them right away. Fully expecting to ge given a certain 'window' of time when they would show up next week, I was very pleasantly surprised to be told that they would be here in an hour. They were. The service charge for inspection is a reasonable $45 and the fellow set to his task. 45 minutes later he called me over for the verdict. Now I digress. This is the moment in time where a shady outfit can spin any yarn they want to and reel in your dollars. A lifetime Auto Technician myself I have heard many times over all the horror stories of gouging, deceit and downright criminality in my industry and other services. I was fully expecting to be told that the motor had crashed and burned given the racket it had made pre meltdown. The fellow pointed to a mound of lint, dust and debris that he had removed from the bowels of the machine which had caught up in the motor and prevent it from turning. "All done" he happily proclaimed "good as new". Now you can argue if kudos is desevred for the honesty which should be expected. Like many others when a device contractor arrives in my home I feel a queasiness in my stomach until I know what the problem is and how much it will cost. Absolutely HORRIBLE. One of the worst companies we have ever worked with. They have been lying to us for over 3 weeks now about fixing our 1 year old fridge that broke. I understand if someone doesnt have a fix for something and they just tell me they cannot do it. But to lie and give us the runaround and prevent us from using our freezer for 3 weeks is beyond frustrating. They have no customer service whatsoever. They will put the blame on you and make you the bad guy for not being able to fix your product. The absolute WORST customer service I have received in my life. They came to look at my broken freezer 3 weeks ago. They said they need to order a part and it should arrive in a few days. I waited over a week and I didnot receive a call from them. I contacted them back and forth for 3 weeks, they kept saying the part has not arrived. Finally, a couple of days ago they said it arrived and someone will come out to fix it. The day arrives, the 4 hours window they provided passes by, and NO ONE arrives. I called them all day and left voicemails and did not hear back. I had to take the day off, wait for them all day, and they were no shows. I called them and the man was basically lying to me. He said they never received the part or scheduled someone to come out to my house. WHAT?! Then when I tried explaining everything I have been going through with their awful company the last 3 weeks, he said I was giving off negative energy and was trying to turn their mistake on me! Just an absolute horrific company. I also found out through Pacific Sales that In the system it shows that they never completed the order which explains why 3 weeks later, it hadn't arrived. They also said that Artin Electronics was supposed to provide a receipt when they came the first time which they did not. I have had a broken freezer for over a month and this company has made it hell by not doing their job. I called them and cancelled the service. Artin electronics is a joke!. Horrible service ever. Razmic sent a repair guy out to my house , he was slow didnt service diagnose anything and when he went to push my refrigerator back in its place he did it with his foot, Yes his foot and left a ding and a shoe print! Asshole! And for Razmic it took him a week to come out! He did what he had to do atleast I thought. He changed the Compressor and the he stated that it would take 15 to 18 hours to fully get cold. Smh I never did, so I called him 2 days later a stated that the frig is not getting cold its still warm!!! Razmic said he would call me back asap...That never happened and his phone went straight to voicemail Asshole#2. So I had to wait another week to get my frig fixed by LG. I called Artin electric and Razmik Picked up on Saturday and got an appointment for Monday for my oven he came and after trouble shooting  gave me very reasonable price and I ask him if he can fix it now he had the part And he fixed it in less then 40 minutes. I was very happy with him fast on time and very good price. Before I start writing this review I read other reviews and I find out by my experience is totally different. I called him back next day and asked him why there are some bad reviews and he said if some one is not happy they will wright bad comment and even might ask a friend or cousin wright bad review also and there is no control on that but if  100 people be happy maybe one take time to put good review. He added we have fixed around 20000 different unit in last year and just maybe 10 are not happy. I think he was reasonable and I think some of the reviews was not fair. These guys are awesome! I made the mistake of buying a Samsung refrigerator two years ago. Fortunately I bought an extended warranty. Artin is one of the companies Home Depot uses. The first problem was a chronic problem with the ice maker. First company Home Depot sent out didn't fix it. I knew what the problem was and I knew they didn't fix it but they wouldn't listen. When he problem reoccurred I asked for a different company and they sent Artin. Tony knew exactly the problem. Ordered the part. Was back in a week and fixed. Fast forward to today when a sensor malfunctioned and started spewing ice all over the place. I specifically asked Home Depot for artin. They made the extra effort to come out that day and fix it. Very professional. I had a good experience here, even though my TV didn't get fixed. It wasn't their fault, the TV was dead. They did what they could and explained exactly what was wrong. Yes, there was a $15 fee for their time, but to me, that seemed like a reasonable gamble, since I'm sure that if my TV had a simple problem (or was a bigger name brand model) they would have been able to fix it for sure. My Samsung dishwasher broke down couple months ago and Pacificsales dispatched Razmic and he crew to fix my dishwasher. The error on the dishwasher showed as OE. They called to confirm the appointment and asked what does the error say. They came and changed the pumped without diagnosing it. That time I wasnt at home. I asked my wife if they gave her some sort of receipt for the work done and parts replaced and of course the answer was no. The dishwasher broke down again after a week and this time I made sure that I am home. Razmik comes and changes tbe board. I did ask him how come you change a part without diagnosing... and his famous answer: We've been in business 40 years plus the warranty company gives us a chart to replace parts without diagnosis. He also said that the warranty company doesnt pay per visit but per job.... so we cant afford going and coming several times between diagnosing and ordering the parts so on.... after the work was done, I asked for receipt or summary of work do e... request was denied. He asked to give him a call a week later on Wednesday and he will email it to me. I thought at that time, he is the Man of his word... a business professional. 2 weeks passed by and the dishwasher broke down again.... I called them and they asked me to call the warranty company. I asked for the invoice and they refused to produce the invoice. Fun parts starts now.... so I call the waranty company... and they said.... based on their agreement, Artin is REQUIRED to produce a receipt... per their agreement, ARTIN MUST DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM BEFORE CHAGING THE PARTS.... having said so, Artin failed to produce tbe receipt instead chose to hide the services from the customer and pretty sure billed for more services to the warranty company. Artin ruined my dishwasher by changing the original parts that most likely were working. The warranty company had asked me to call them again... they dispatched them last week on Tuesday as well. Monday Aug 14 and they haven't called yet. I called and no answer. I called today, August 15 and spoke with their new employee Veronica whom I cant blame her for anything since she is new... she put me on hold... spoke with the Boss and came back telling me... we cant come becuase it has been a while that we no longer service dishwasher!!!! Oups!!!! But your website said that you do.... you were at my place not long time ago... I see discrimination as well.... Veronica had no answer. I asked if I can bad the old board because I like to send both parts to a lab to see if they are worki g or not just to prove my point. First they told me that they send the old parts to the warranty company but later they said that they will send it to me. Lets wait. As a summary, you lied, you screwed up my dishwasher, you took the old boad, you refused to issue invoices, you rejected to provide any further services. My dishwasher is going to and will be fixed... I do not need your service but I wish you all the best. Not sure how you can stay in a business when you are not humble and professional. My refrigerator stopped working at 4 PM on Monday! I called Artin Electronics and Razmic accommodated my repair in a very short time and even after his working hours the same day! He had the parts and replaced the compressor in a very short time and my fridge started working perfectly! I really appreciate his help because if he didn't repair my refrigerator the same day, I had to put all my food into waste! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and fast!
