We came here for the first time yesterday and it certainly will not be our last! Super cute on the inside with a good amount of seating but we did take out. We both got burrito bowls with double protein and various toppings and they were loaded up! We tried the honey chipotle and al pastor chicken and both were delicious. I honestly loved all the toppings we tried and have no complaints. We both got the organic hibiscus tea drink and we loved it. Not too sweet so it was perfect. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming here earlier on the weekend to also try their coquito iced coffee! 10/10 would recommend!

So I was really excited when I saw this place with the rave reviews, so maybe my expectations were already too high. Staff was polite upon entering. I ordered 3 tacos and added the chips and guacamole. I put some different toppings on each to try different flavor profiles. It did not really matter because there was barely any taste like nothing was ever seasoned. The shells were made from corn, but very dry. They do not make them in house either. I added their sauces to the tacos as well as trying it on the side. It really tasted like nothing, not even a hit of tomato or pepper. The guacamole tasted fine, just needed salt and pepper, the chips probably came from the same place as the tortillas.

Having Casa Grille nearby, I'll never have to go to chipotle again! The food is fresh and the owners are incredibly sweet! We absolutely loved our loaded fries topped with some of the best guacamole I've had, as well as the chicken Al pastor tacos on homemade corn tortillas, burrito bowl, and homemade empanadas. The street corn was a great side, and we loved that they had Mexican cola! The coquito iced coffee and banana dolce de leche gelato were perfect for a little treat. We felt it was really cozy to dine it, but it's also super easy for takeout. Already can't wait to come back!

Wow!!! What a great find. A great fast fresh food option for Mexican!! The restaurant is very clean with nice relaxed atmosphere. Service was very quick to pick your own toppings. The custom drinks are delicious!

The employees taking pictures of us you can see the reflection through the mirror.

The food wasn't good and there was a piece of lettuce in the food. The employees were rude and took a picture of us while eating. I don't recommend this restaurant and the employees should be addressed for this by the manager. The churros were stale too.

Very fun vibe. The only thing we don't like are the other desserts in the case. There has only been one thing that we have enjoyed, and it was a Mango Toaster Pastry from our first visit. Other than that, we find the brownies, cookies, etc. to be pretty average...sometimes too sweet, sometimes too bland. Cupcakes are their specialty for sure, and we'll keep coming back for those.

There was a really nice guy working the day I came in. He has been working for Hardcore Sweet Bakery for two years. He was very helpful and answered all of my many questions. He's a keeper! The only thing this place is missing is coffee. Then it would be absolutely perfect. Love this place! Snack and stay awhile.

The chocolate eclair was literally one of the best I've ever had, and we were big fans of the strawberry turnovers and cannoli as well. Plenty of seating in the bakery to sit there and enjoy a treat, and I think their weekend hours are awesome. I love the pineapple coconut cookies. I've eaten them for years. They are delicate yet the flavor of pineapple and coconut work so well together. The cookies are moist and soft. They are such a joy to bite into. This day I also tried the toasted almond cupcake. While beautiful, it was extremely sweet, even for me. I couldn't eat it in one sitting. I don't think I'd ever purchase it again. It does remind you of the good humor toasted almond ice cream bars that were discontinued. But I just wish the topping wasn't so sweet. The cake was blander to complement the icing but it just wasn't for me. If you are looking to host an event or surprise a friend, i think treats from this bakery say I love you! There is so much variety that you should be able to find something for anyone. I took one star off because the staff isn't too conversational which takes away from the experience. .

Besides the fact that I spent 62.00 on an 8inch round very berry cake was ridiculous in itself. The cake was nothing like I remember it being years ago. By far the worst frosting I have ever had. Way over priced not worth it. I will be calling tomorrow to let them know how horrible it was.

Fascia's Chocolates is a family-owned chocolaterie that opened in Waterbury, Connecticut in 1964…read more It was founded by husband and wife John & Helen Fascia. An electronic technician by trade, John worked for the Bristol Company. He began to roast nuts and sold them at work to supplement the young family's income. In an effort to increase sales, he and Helen began making chocolates in their basement. In addition to chocolate nut clusters, they soon began to make caramels, toffee and creams. The chocolates became so popular that soon the Fascia's basement operation couldn't keep up with the supply and demand. By 1978, they opened their first retail store on Meriden Road. Two years later, John quit his job so he could make chocolate full time. John and & Helen were soon joined by their three young daughters Louise, Lynne and Laurie. In 1985, the business moved to an expanded storefront on Wolcott Street. As business continued to grow, the business would relocate to Lakewood Road in 1990, Thomaston Avenue in 2008, and finally to Chase River Road in 2013. The Fascia Family still runs the business, although John & Helen are now semi-retired. My family and I recently visited Fascia's Chocolates to attend a special "Chocolate Experience". We were escorted into a small room with other attending families. There we were greeted by Company President Carmen Romeo, who happens to be married to Louise Fascia. He quickly informed us, "I may be the President, but my wife and her sister are the real bosses." He gave us all a presentation where he discussed the history of the company as well as chocolate production in general. He gave all attendees samples of the three main types of chocolate (Dark, Milk & White) and discussed the differences. Afterwards, all children were able to make their own chocolate bar with their choice of toppings. My sons both picked rice cereal and Fruity Pebbles. We also got to take a look at what happens in the production area. After the experience, we all went into the retail shop and explored all of the delicious chocolates that Fascia's produces. While I distracted my sons, my wife discreetly purchased some chocolate coins for St. Patrick's Day and chocolate bunnies for Easter. We all had a great experience at Fascia's Chocolates and hope to enjoy their delicious chocolate again!
