Annnd don't miss the Shrimp Al Chipotle either. I don't know what it is about this chipotle sauce but it hits! It has a slight spice and smokiness but not too much, and the shrimp are huge and always cooked perfectly; never chewy or overcooked as they so often are. The veggies are a great option with the shrimp: fresh grilled zucchini and broccoli perfectly salted. Tres leches is humongous and the texture that I like: a little coarse and holds the milk mixture well. Mojitos are delicious, and I plan to try the margaritas soon too.
