I can't give less than a one star, but if I could I would. The "manager" is a complete jerk. After a hostess sat us and was serving us chips he walked up and extremely rudely demanded that we get up and wait at the front because and I quote "You can see we are busy". Went for lunch, kids food is expensive and doesn't come with drinks, we ordered food way before lunch ended and even finished our food before 3pm (when lunch ends) but we got charged dinner prices which were way more than what our lunch menu they gave us said and they wouldn't change it. My first visit, a pick-up order. Steak Fajitas. Seasoning was minimal, pico de gallo was good, pretty standard, the salsa is thin, no real chunks of veggies, steak was tender. Not horrible but definitely could have been much better. The tortillas were hot and packed nicely and the chips were freshly fried though the oil they were fried in had a strange taste. The restaurant is newly opened, but had quite a few customers which is a good sign. The prices are a little on the expensive side for me. After a judo tournament me and some judo friends went out to eat somewhere. The food was good, they were very attentive when it came to drinks and our chips and salsa. The negative thing to casa is that they never once came by and asked us how our food was or if we even wanted dessert. The service is good but not great. We did not have a good experience at all with a manger named Fahim he seemed super rushed and got irritated when we asked to be seated after 25 minutes of waiting for a table. I also saw him being rude to the servers working that night. There were plenty of booths and tables open but he kept disappearing and ignoring us. My family and I eat here about once a month. I love the Maria's burrito (steak) with the white queso sauce drizzled over top of the rice. So good! My husband loves the chimichanga and the stuffed poblano pepper. read more

Terrible. For a place that just opened, you would think the food would be palatable. The shrimp enchilada meal was beyond dry. Um, how is an enchilada dry? It tasted as if they had pre-soaked the tortillas and laid them out too long, hence dry enchilada. My hubby ordered a steak, medium well.... Um, mooing on the plate is not medium. I suppose the cook was mad it was sent back because when the waitress brought the steak back out (mind you, the same one that he sent back) it was charred black! This is probably my favorite Mexican place hands down. They have the best tacos and I love coming here for Taco Tuesday (all tacos $2). Everything is great... except for the service. The last two or three times I've been the waitress has either been rude or incompetent and only showed up to the table once in the whole hour that we were there... then came out with my order incorrect (luckily it was an easy fix). I've also read through other reviews and found that it's a complaint from plenty of other people. So Casa, Id give an A+ on food, atmosphere, and decorations but a D on service. We've been here twice and both time have had the B team at best. Just untrained waitresses basically . The 2nd time we went it was my wife's birthday ,and even though I understand it's complementary they forgot or chose not to do the requested birthday celebration.
