My family and I stopped at Casa Maria for lunch after spending the morning at the beach in Tulum. The whole complex, including the hotel and restaurant, was amazing and beautifully designed. When we arrived, there was no one else at the restaurant yet. The server informed us that they were only accepting cash because the credit card machine was not working. Despite this, the staff was very attentive, frequently checking on us and taking our orders promptly. My kids got lemonade, and my wife and I enjoyed Victoria beers. We ordered fish, shrimp, and sirloin tacos, with the fish tacos being my favorite. My kids had chicken with mole and cheese empanadas. The food was delicious! I'll definitely come back here on my next trip to Tulum.

We had dinner at casa maria during our trip to tulum. We went on a Wednesday night and they had live music. It was raining so we were seated inside the restaurant but we had a great time. We ordered the tacos and steak and had some drinks. Everything was good but the steak was a bit chewy. The staff were very friendly. Definitely worth checking out when in the area!

Whenever I go somewhere tropical... seafood and fresh fruits are a must! So I stumbled upon casa Maria thinking I was heading to a restaurant ... but it wasn't. It was a whole private mini resort. Even though my friend and I weren't guests there we were still given a warm greeting and top tier service. The resort had a natural vibe to it with myan ornamentation . I had a delightful piña colada with fried fish. That fried fish took me two days to eat, but shockingly it was served with a mere half cup of rice. I will never forget my waiter.. he was so kind to fetch us some coconuts and he even dissected it for us after. Do visit

My girlfriend and I ate here several times while staying at the Diamante K. Staff is very friendly, the food is great, and you're eating right on the beach!

It is a beautiful hidden location. We took the advice of yelps review, and it was spot on. We came for lunch after visiting the Tulum ruins & while it was off the beaten path, it was well worth it! Emanuel was the most gracious host. We weren't sure where to park, so we walked in & he immediately had someone guide us where to park. We enjoy the fantastic oceanfront dining experience with lobster, fish & shrimp tacos & grilled shrimp plates. We washed it all down with the local Tulum Lager. We came a little later in the afternoon and basically had a private dining experience on the beach. It was wonderful!

Love the food here! We stayed at Diamente K & loved just hopping over for meal times. Views are the best!! I would want some more vegan options. Service is a little slow sometimes because it gets super busy. But def worth a visit!

Such a beautiful, peaceful, picturesque place. What a view! Right on the beach! Great for a cocktail, appetizer or dinner. Very elegant and romantic! Perfect for instagram photos!

Probably one of the best views by far with the ocean right in front of you. The scenery is perfect & when we got there it was pretty slow. Our server was super attentive and the best part about it was the buy 1 get 1 margarita happy hour! For the food we ordered the fried fish and lobster! The fried fish was super crunchy and seasoned to perfection. The red chili oil hot sauce was phenomenal! Seriously Went amazing with the fish and the lobster! The garlic butter was delicious. The best part of our meal was hearing and seeing the ocean up close. Loved that this place was literally beachfront dining. The place was so good we came back a second time for dinner

Great place to relax, order food and drinks, lovely view of the sea, excellent service. We tried the fried calamari, beef fajitas, seafood cazuela (spicy), and the tampiqueña. Everything including drinks was exquisite. They have free parking in the front. 100% recommended!

I went to eat here based on other Yelpers reviews and was NOT disappointed at all!!!! The food was omg fresh and refreshing. We ordered chips, salsa, and guacamole to start. My friend had the lobster and steak. I had fresh grilled fish. Another friend had fajitas and elote. The food was so good I helped myself to my friends plates as well The restaurant is on the grounds of a hotel that has bungalow style 'rooms' and is directly on the beach. Reservations are preferred for outdoor seating but there were tables available indoors next to the window. So beach vibes were still occurring. This was my first trip to that area but when I return I will dine here again.

Getting here was a bit scary at first. It was dark and we came down a long stretch of road with lots of construction and armed guards. It's inside the Tulum national park. Besides that mini adventure to get here, the walk up is beautiful sandy jungle that the restaurant is giving total Tulum vibes. Live music, not too loud. The food was amazing. I had grilled Octopus that was perfect, my friend had shrimp fajitas that she enjoyed and our cocktails were delicious. Our service was great from start to finish. They were super attentive and there were multiple people helping us. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Found this place on the recommendation of our Yelp Family, and was not disappointed. Ate here for our last night at Tulum, parking was very tight and we ended up paying around $7 for parking. The ambience and location was fantastic, the opportunity to eat on the beach and watch the sunset. I watching the rolling water and having some drinks was amazing. Food was fantastic, this place was definitely on the pricier side, we paid around American rates/ resort prices, ( $20 - $40 per person ) so this is definitely a bit of splurge dinner or lunch. The soups were light and fresh, avocado and chicken soup was fantastic. The pollo mole was delicious, they served a whole hen doused in delicious mole.

First night in Tulum and had an amazing dinner here, we sat outside by the water. Jhony was a great server and answered all our questions about the menu since there are lots of good choices and we needed help narrowing down. I didn't take a picture of the seafood casserole but it was so good (not at all like a casserole you think of in the US). It's seafood in a buttery wine sauce, highly recommended. Hopefully we have time to come back for another meal!

If you're on a tight schedule, definitely give yourself extra time. Service can be slow, especially during busy hours, and it can take a while for food to come out. That said, it's a nice spot if you're not in a rush and want to relax. The food was delicious. I had the peanut butter bowl, and the açaí ingredients were fresh and high quality. I just wish I had tried more items. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast burrito and said it was very satisfying. The latte was just okay. They use syrup from a plastic bottle, which I personally didn't love, so I wouldn't recommend coming here specifically for coffee. Tried a tumeric shot instead and that was yummy! One of the best parts is the location. It was super convenient for us since it was about a block from where we were staying at Azulik and within walking distance of everything cute in the area. The upstairs seating is great for people watching, and the overall vibe is very tropical and relaxed. The servers were okay, not especially friendly, but I get that they probably deal with a lot of tourists every day. Overall, it's a good spot for tasty breakfast bowls and burritos in a great location. Just come with patience and skip the latte.
