What a disappointment! I was soooo looking forward to our dinner at Casa Mariachi tonight but our dining experience was marred by the slow service and not-so-great food quality. I thought this place was solid when I got some food for to-go a while back. Ugh!! The only good thing was that we were seated right away upon arrival (it was probably because we were a small group of two people; when we arrived, there was one two-person table available; people with larger groups were waiting in the waiting area.) Our waiter was polite and pleasant and yet his attentiveness was bare minimum. Our food took such a long time before they came out of the kitchen. Whereas my bf's Avocado Tostada plate was decent (I didn't taste it; he said he liked it), my Baja Fish Taco was mediocre at best (the fish had barely any meat in it; it almost looked like a very thin chicken meat that was cooked with absolute stinginess!!) The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because of the swift seating upon arrival and the harp player who performed for the mothers (as it was Mother's Day yesterday.) 25-minute drive on Parker Road from my northeast DTC home surely wasn't worth it; we could have gone to one of the nearby restaurants to satisfy our cravings for Mexican food instead.

We ended up coming here for a birthday party. I had driven by a few times but never stopped in. And in the morning they have a food truck out there, usually with a line. It is a wrap around building which has plenty of parking that is shared with other establishments. We were a party of eight and the waitress was really attentive. Me doing my do diligents checked out the reviews first . They had chips salsa and beans out. The salsa was spicy for my liking but didn't stop me from going back for more. I went with the enchiladas with the cheese sauce. All the plates were huge servings. I could only finish half and would have preferred more lettuce. The fajitas were recommended but perhaps next time. Also a lot of customers ordered margaritas which they give you your own shaker. All and all good establishment

Jeremy was our waiter tonight and he did a splendid job. He took our good and beverage orders and had us served up in no time at all. Casa Mariachi takes Mexican Cuisine to a different level. I had the Sizzlin Fajita Trio and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was large enough that I could barely finish 1/2 the meal. That's ok as I took the 2nd 1/2 home. Having lived on the border for 7 years I can say that the South of the Border ambiance and traditions are executed perfectly here all the way done to the last detail. Great Food and service is what you'll experience here every time.

From the moment you walk into this unmistakable Mexican spot, you're hit with the burst of color, culture, and charm! It appeared to be a decent size restaurant and outdoor seating. I Started off with a refreshing Margarita my first time here. I started with the La Patrona Margarita. House margarita with a Sangria finish that comes with a small bottle of champagne. Can we say...another round? That definitly paired well with the warm tortilla chips, Bean Dip and Salsa. Dip was just okay - Salsa was decent. I ordered the El Mariachi Combo #2,(your usual, pick two) & I ordered the Spinach enchilada(I probably should have stuck to the cheese enchilada) and Hard Taco. Taco was good! The shell didn't break and the meat was flavorful. I wasn't a fan of the creamy white sauce - it just seemed a little cheesy? I didn't mention it, it still hit the spot LOL. (I would recommend getting it on the side, tho ). German, our waiter, made our first visit welcoming. He had a great attitude and enjoyed his service! I will go back! (Prices were not bad at all, either)

Before reading this review, please note that I am deeply passionate about finding a delicious, local, Mexican restaurant that is reasonably priced. The type of Mexican restaurant that families frequent after busy work/school days that serves quality combination dinners that the whole family can enjoy. For Parker, this is one of them. They do a good job of juggling the steady flow of customers, getting you seated quickly and serving food hot. I've been here twice and the speed of service is quick, quality is fine, atmosphere is top tier, prices are reasonable for the area.

    Delicious margaritas!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Parker! We come here every week or so and have never been disappointed. We love the owners, the staff and the food! Great customer service and delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices!

We've been going here for years now- Almost every week give or take. Arturo, his wife, and the entire family are awesome. All of the servers and bar tenders are amazing! Saul and Jose, Cheeto, Big Poppi, the whole gang are great! Right down to the gal with the chips and salsa! Everyone is fantastic! Food is very good, hot fresh and always plenty! My local family loves this place, so we went here after an elementary school concert. It's a very busy place for a Thursday night. We didn't have to wait long for a drop-in group of 7 and we lucked out with a waiter whom our family knows. We grandparents are from California and most recently Utah, so we have a lot of experience with Mexican restaurants. The staff here were responsive from the welcome to the dessert course.

You can't go wrong here. I have never had a bad meal or service here. Cristal, our server, was top notch. We ordered the Chili Colorado and the Steak Jalisco. I had a Margarita Dobel. Everything was delicious. The beef was very tender. It was just the perfect meal in every way.

I went here tonight with a friend after a long afternoon at the Renaissance festival. We shared a combination fajita platter with beef and shrimp. Our waitress was quick and attentive. And it was more than enough food, which we both took home leftovers. Plus, we were able to enjoy our dinner outside on the patio with the beautiful weather tonight. Most likely, if in the area, we'd come back again for more and maybe try their guava cheesecake? Haha.

It was a hot spring day and we opted for inside. We may try the patio on another day. Very spacious, modern and well laid out. Love the ambiance. Could be the perect location for a family dinner or that special occasion. Sat near the bar, next to the wine chiller on very comfy set up. We were served immediately with refreshing glass of water with nice looking larger water bottle in case we were super thirsty. We browsed over the wine list, charcuterie offerind and the dinner menu. The dinner menu consisted of one person or shareable. We ended up getting the Wardorf salad for $16. Plenty to share with 2 or even 3. It was very notable with pickled celery and generous amount of candied pecans. Next time, need to ask for light dressing. Fondue at $15. Not what I was use to but it is a thing to have a goat cheese and dip with vegies and fruites. Had a texture of humus served warm? Goat cheese is the main actor on this dish. Mussels and frits at $21 was definitely notable and worth repeating it. Lots of small mussels which I prefer and every one of them were open. It would habe been nice to have a bowl to put the discarded shells. I did use the small plate for shareable. Frits were delicious but I was using the bread from the fondue to soak up the juices. Delicious. Lots and lots of shallot and garlic. I thought had leeks but menu said shallots. Good was the judgement. Will be back to try the fried chicken!

I tried toning the salt down with the various sauces and purees on the plate. It didn't help. Wow! It's disgusting! I ate 2 of the three pork pieces trying to find what I was doing wrong. Nothing changed it. It was just BAD! I would definitely come back for one reason... JULIE! She was the bartender who made it all worthwhile. I asked her to be creative with her choices of cocktails and she delivered! Amazing job. Maybe I'll come back and try some other food and have Julie create the perfect drink as the food I tried was garbage.

The server was great. She was on top of everything and we felt comfortable. I hope she quits soon and finds a better restaurant. We were looking forward to a crusty piping hot Italian bread. Instead we were totally disappointed to receive 3 or 4 refrigerator cold slices of dense bread with a some kind of concoction called butter . We couldn't spread that on it. None would work together. The fried zucchini and calamari was beautiful but the calamari was overcooked and way too chewy. Delicious marinara sauce...for our zucchini. We passed on the calamari. My caprese salad was a regular tomato with 4 leaves of basil and and abundant arugula and hardly any dressing! The cheese was great. The soup of the day was called clam chowder. Again the tiniest of clams were over cooked and it was pure flavorless milk . Terrible. My husband order a beautifully described seafood pasta platter from the big menu and only the 3 shrimps in it were great. Huge serving. The rest I think it was reheated and lacked of flavor. I ordered lobster ravioli with fear. It was tasty so I shared a piece with my husband. He almost broke a tooth! It had shells and not a tiny piece! Call us sadomasochists but I ordered a pavlova -because of all of the pre wrapped unappealing desserts on a refrigerator display-, Pavlova is not Italian but is my favorite . I'm a baker and a cook, I know about flavor , spices and when food is fresh. I was extremely curious about a dulce de leche filled pavlova! Too much of a good thing is too much but the store bought meringue and dulce de leche from a jar were satisfying. The owner was more interested in serving her -probably- regular clientele, than checking on us. I'm bewildered at the fact that some people would give almost 5 stars to this restaurant. I'm more appalled that it's called Italian. The chef mother must be turning in her grave. The menu is written beautifully but definitely the food doesn't live up to the description. None of the food was picture worthy . Chef Natalia Fragapane should travel back to Italy and refresh her taste buds or have a meal at Maggiano's or any Michelin Star Italian restaurant. Stop refrigerating and reheating. Better : call chef Ramses to save this restaurant or run a bar. Please do.
