We have noticed the service lacking over the years. The food is good though. Went there on a Sunday and was completely forgotten about. Waiter brought everyone's food out but one. We sat there and sat. Finally, I had to get someone for help. This took another good bit of time. By the time the food was brought out, everyone was finished. So we had to pack it up for home. What made it worse, zero "we are sorry" from anyone. With this and the obnoxious drunk person being fed more drinks. Probably won't go back read more

I ordered the 5 enchilada dinner - lots of food for one - left stuffed. Chips are light, good salsa and hot sauce. Reasonably priced. Beer was super cold-ice formed Inside the glass ! Quick friendly service ! 2nd trip back had the super burrito - holy big burrito, worth 2 meals ! 3rd trip - Casa Mexicana enchilada- another full plate of food food ! I've never met so many Hispanics that like canned food and call it authentic, I would rather eat at taco bell, they need to learn what onion and cilantro are for the salsa. The chorizo caso was like nothing but salt when cooled for more than 5 minutes. My dad who could eat anything didn't want to pay he was so dissapointed. Being from Arizona and seeing all the good reviews I had high for this place but it was just a huge disappointment. If I could I would give 0 stars. Hubs and I went to the Casa Mexicana in Olive Branch MS for the first time last Friday. Food was ok, didn't feel it was anything spectacular. But at the time I felt it tasted good. I had leftovers to take home and heated them up today for my lunch. I was 2 bites in when I thought I just had a long string of cheese but it turned out to be a very long and thick strand of hair in my enchilada. We will not be returning. read more

While the food was good the waiter and the manager made our lunch horrible. We ordered dessert after our meal and after the waiter brought out 4 of the 5 desserts he informed us that he would not make the 5th dessert because he did not have the time (the restaurant only had 2 other tables with people). Me and the fiance go to this place when ever we are craving Mexican. The portions are well worth the money. Daisey is our favorite waitress, go in and ask for her and you will not be disappointed. P-10 is awesome and she always gets the steak fajita quesadilla. read more

Over the last 3 years, I've been here at least a dozen times for lunch with co-workers. I think that the food and staff are great. Unfortunately I always order enchiladas verdes (it's become my Mexican restaurant favorite) so I can't comment on the other dishes. Staying in Olive Branch for work and this place was right beside my hotel so I decided to give it a try. Just like any other Mexican place chips and salsa to start. The chips here were how I like them, warm and thin. I can't recall the name of my dinner but it was under the fajitas section. It had chicken, chorizo, rib eye, onions, cactus, and beans & rice. I am giving one star only because the décor is nice. We always try a restaurant twice because anyone can have an off day... Attempt #2 just as bad as the first, however, this time we spoke up. First to our waitress letting her know that no I didn't need a box for all of the steak I left behind from my steak fajitas because it was incredibly dry (which I would have told her if she had checked in with us). She acknowledged she heard me, walked away & came back with the check...Nothing adjusted or even an apology. We proceed to the register & are asked how was everything...My husband responses with~ we've definitely had much better. Register man doesn't skip a beat~ $45.95. Seriously?? If ANYONE says this is authentic Mexican food they've been duped! You've definitely bought into the thinking that Pizza Hut is real pizza. This food was Anything but anything but authentic Mexican, and severely overpriced. Two cold cheese enchiladas and rice brought to my table by an obviously bored waiter. One beer. $4.00 for what looked like guacamole since it was green but they must have made it in a blender because there is NO WAY it was home made. I know homemade. I've always had a good experience with other Casa's but after yesterday's experience, it was time to lay it out on the line.... The manager was so arrogant and rude, I almost turned and walked out the door. It was all because we asked to be seated in a different area than he wanted to seat us because we had friends already eating there. His comments to me were rude and unprofessional as if he was doing us a favor by patronizing his restaurant. Believe me, there are plenty of other Mexican places in the area that will now get my business. I love this place. My family eat there almost every weekend! The prices are great, the food is awesome, and the staff are friendly.

My friends and I decided to come here to eat this evening. The hostess had a serious attitude problem with one of my friends when trying to figure out how many people were going to be with us. This really upset her and that was just the start. Then after being sat, the same hostess was staring at my friends and I. That's what really upset me. Once our food arrived, the food runner (which wasn't our waiter), the food was slammed onto our table and the runner walked off like it was nothing. No apology, no nothing. My wife visited this Casa Mexicana location for the first time several days ago (5.11.2018) with a friend. She paid via credit card through her server. A day or two later we were contacted by the credit card company regarding fraudulent activity on my wife's account. My wife had not used this card recently and almost immediately after leaving Casa Mexicana location in Olive Branch, MS fraudulent activity began on her account. You put two and two together. Manager was extremely rude to my wife and said there was no way one of his employees would steal a credit card number. No one else had touched this card in weeks Mr. Manager. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened here. One of your employees stole our credit card number. Please do not visit this Casa Mexicana location and pay with debit or credit card. Better yet, visit a Mexican Restaurant in our area that does not steal customer's credit card numbers. There are plenty of other options. I cannot believe the Manager was so rude to my wife when she called to report this. read more

Very disappointing. Service was lackadaisical. Large margarita was 90 percent ice. When we asked about it, there was absolutely no attempt to try to make it better. Just--this is the way we do it. My wife and I went here after another restaurant nearby had a 1 hour wait. We asked for a table for two and they took us to a booth, which was still dirty from prior customers, so we had to stand there while they cleaned and dried it. When we sat down, the space between the bench and the table was very narrow. I don't consider myself to be a slender person, but I'm not exactly obese either, and had to squeeze to get into the booth. My wife, who was nine months pregnant, could not sit comfortably, even when we tried moving the table to one side. So, I asked if they could re-seat us, which they did, at a normal table with chairs. When we got a chance to look at the menus for a little while, the waiter took our orders but was not friendly at all. After the food arrived, we didn't see our waiter again until we were nearly finished. By then, our water glasses were definitely empty. My wife then discovered a hair in her food, which prompted us both to stop eating. Normally, we take home leftovers, but the food was bland, not tasty, and we didn't want to "discover" anything else, so we decided not to. The waiter brought us the check, but failed to tell us that we needed to pay up front, so I sat there with my credit card out, looking silly for several minutes. After we figured out that we needed to pay at the register, I left no tip, because I didn't think they were deserving of anything. We've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants together and this one was by far the THE WORST we've ever been to. We will NOT be returning. read more
