Pickup order Needed larger sides for the to go order. No comment on the service. The bartender was nice. Was disappointed in the bbq pork sandwich as it was very dry. They really need to add packets with the to go orders. The sausage and cheese plate had more sauce. read more

My first Memphis BBQ experience 30+ years ago was Corky's - tangy, molassey (is this a word?!?), sweet but not too sweet sauce, perfect smokiness in the meats, terrific coleslaw and meaty baked beans. Went back to Corky's occasionally and was sometimes disappointed because management had neglected different parts of the BBQ experience. But - no more! Drive thru order... I waited in line for about 15 mins or longer several vehicles in front of me. I was asked to drive out of the line after waiting that long. Still had to wait another 10 to 15 mins. Received my food left food was cold burger and the fries. Why did I have to waste my time just to receive cold food. I told the lady there she dud not say I am sorry or nothing regarding this matter. I placed a order one item that will not be hot so, I would not be disappointed again. She looked at me like okkkkkk and what do you want me to do about it!!! Very unprofessional do not need to be in this profession at all. The only positive aspect of our experience was that the waitress attempted to improve a bad situation. It took an exceedingly long time for us to receive our food, and most of it seemed to have been sitting under the heat lamps for too long, except for the ribs. Unfortunately, they were extremely cold when I had to eat them. Do yourself a favor and look for better barbecue options in this town. read more

I went in for a take out order the evening of Feb. 19, 2026. The host behind the bar was a short, bald, bearded man. As soon as I finished giving him my to go order, he started pandering for a tip.
