We have an overnight quiet period, there's a pool in each complex, a shared BBQ in each complex, laundry in each complex, and it is 100% pet friendly. They even provide pet poop bags at the door to every complex. It has fenced in and assigned parking, the laundry is SpeedQueen machines managed from a cell phone app (PayRange), and apartment management gets to 24 hour maintenance requests with a day of submitting issues on the AppFolio app. They subscribe to piñata, which reports your rent payments to the credit bureaus, and you can apply for flexible payment options. Roommate can just pay directly through their app with their portion of the rent, and utilities are handled through it! It can be a pricey place, both Rent and Utilities, but the expertise and experience is worth it. Shereen, the leasing manager, is so nice as well!

The building is quiet 98 % of the time, the children use to plah mayb twice a week, now tenants refuse tpo let them go outside. Because the manager yells at them, follows them around and encourages tenants without kids to complain. On top of that .. This building has aserious roach problem. A tenant gave notice this month because of the roaches. The manager is unprofessional, and gossips like a woman. The management company MGR sent threatening letters from their Attorney to househols with kids, so now we are all helping eachother find new homes. This place frequently raises rent but your children cant play outside without being harrassed, and you have to live with roaches. Dont move here i regret this decision everyday.

There is a swimming pool, workout room, on site laundry facility, grill area and it just feels very luxurious. Oh and it's super clean! There is also security at night which makes the place feel safe and secure. Security is very important to me since I am being stalked. I love how accessible the management is here as my last apartment experience was less than desirable. My husband and I have enjoyed our time here. The rules are given for a reason and I love that everything is written out so you know what you can and cannot do. And they do enforce it, which I like. It's very quiet and the people are respectful and polite. Even a few residents asked how it was for us moving in which was very nice! I feel like it's like a little community of its own and I love that feeling. I do make my own videos and pictures for my online accounts and it's a very nice place to make self tapes and music covers since it's so quiet. I love that I can do that now and not feel rushed. In my previous apartment, I always had to rush to get through a self tape because I was anxious that it would get noisy and I don't like background noise in my videos. It has been so peaceful here so I look forward to being able to do those again. I also love how close we are to so many different stores, restaurants, gas stations, two malls and most of my doctors are right nearby. It's so convenient to me. I feel like I am spoiled and it's a really good feeling, truly! It is pretty much a lot of it is actually within walking distance to so many places we go to. Karen has been so helpful throughout the entire process and I'm so thankful for all she did for us! She really helped us step by step to get into a beautiful apartment home that feels quaint and homelike. If you're looking for a place that truly goes a step beyond, then give them a try! They're worth the cost! I promise! My husband and I truly feel we found a hidden gem in Lakewood and we're so thrilled we did! Would recommend them to anyone as they are an amazing place to live! The selling point for me while I was apartment hunting was that the manager, Christina, was the most accessible and prompt at returning calls and answering questions, and this has not changed about her after signing the lease. She is incredibly attentive to our needs and works very hard to ensure we are happy where we live. The complex as a whole always looks great and clean. Anytime I've needed anything from her, she's on top of it right away. She's made living here very stress free and home-y! Aside from that, the complex itself is nice and feels very safe. Lots of security cameras around the complex (also a selling point for me living alone), locked gates, an assigned parking spot, and a nice clean pool which has been great during the summer heat. The units are upgraded and feel new. I love that it's across the street from a golf course as it makes for a better view and less crowded on the street for parking as opposed to having another apartment complex or residence there. Overall, I've really enjoyed my time here! In large part thanks to Christina. She's a true professional and dedicated to making this complex feel like home. Thank you for all you do!

The culture of the building definitely changed and I was not about to pay more money to live around people I could pay less to live around in Hawthorne, Ca. The gym has old equipment and old wiring because every time I would use the treadmill the entire power would cut off. My neighbor would sit bags of trash outside their door which would attract a million ants. And they always had their door open and their apartment smelled bad. It's not worth the price and the emergency numbers they have posted for after hours was a pager or something because no one ever answered when I needed to reach someone because people kept parking in my space. I wouldn't recommend living here period

I truly feel safe and secure living here. Our building manager, Ronella, is simply amazing - she's kind, sweet, and always helpful. She really makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of.
