The food here was absolutely amazing. We had the best meal. We got here right in time between being packed for lunch and packed for dinner. The service was great considering how many people we had seen here consistently since we got to our house a week ago. I love the way this place is decorated. The cool books on the wall and the cozy yet slight European vibe. Loved it. Bravo to the chef bc my Lamb chops were amazing. Husband did enjoy the Wagyu burger, but he was eating like a toddler that day, there was sooooo many more delicious looking things on the menu. I cannot wait to eat here again soon.

Amazing Italian food. The pistachio gelato was SO GOOD. You have to end off the meal with it. Bolognese was cooked to perfection and genuinely so good.

Let's be honest we went because of tik tok hype. Called same day and able to get reservation. Unfortunately when arriving they said they did not have reservations. Yet we showed them we called at certain and even same number as restaurant. Did not even apologize. Lucky or I thought was bar seats open so we ate there. Didn't even take our coats had them draped over the bar stool which was uncomfortable. Already had sour taste from beginning. Should have taken it as a sign. The bolognese was just not good. I didn't think it was anything special even pasta was sub par and not tasteful in my opinion. The prosciutto appetizer was delicious especially the Mozzarella complimented it well. The star of course and what everyone raved was pistachio gelato. It was so creamy and was worth ordering and trying even just a few bites. Overall I will say I wasn't impressed as tik tok and others said. The staff especially bartender we had didn't have much knowledge of the menu items. Said a couple of wrong things or didn't even know the new menu items. The hostess was just not empathetic at all and rude about not having the reservation. I would save money and go somewhere else.

Lovely Italian restaurant in the heart of Aspen. I asked for pasta with truffles which was currently not on the menu and the chef made it for me. My husband got the seafood risotto special and it had lots of seafood meat and was delicious. He also had the tuna tartar which he enjoyed. Recommend this place if you want a cute little vibe and Italian.

"Always awesome !!!! Great people - ambiance - experience - food! Cacio e Pepe - hamachi - salad - drinks - abd the WORLD's GREAT pistachio gelato!!!"

Service was incredible, vibes were immaculate...and the food...was worthy of all the hype it receives. Everything here is truly amazing. The steak and salad were my two personal favorites and I recommend casa Tua to everyone. Such a cozy vibe inside as well.

Amazing food and experience, service was excellent. Great drinks as well, coming again real soon.

Came by Casa Tua for a weekday lunch. Reservations are very easy to come by for weekday lunch although incredibly difficult for weekends and dinner. We made one directly on the restaurants website. Interior is lively and busy, and feels cozy despite being a large space. We sat on the patio which was pleasant. The large umbrellas offered ample coverage when it started to pour rain. The service was decent. The entire restaurant was teeming with staff everywhere. Our waiter was very nice but some of the host staff and others were a bit standoffish. The interior decor is homey but elevated. The food was solid. Pricing is extremely expensive but at least you get heaping portions for the price. The apps were nothing special and the fried calamari was pretty bland. The pastas were the star of the show for us. Each one could easily feed 2-3 people. The cacio pepe was a cheese bomb and a lot sharper than what you usually get. The bolognese was hearty and filling. After all said and done, it was definitely worth the hype for me.

The Bolognese was so good it was like an elevated cafeteria pasta but like really super elevated!! The carpaccio was delicious. I love the artichokes on it and the star of the show IS the pistachio gelato is a MUST when you're there don't sleep on it. Service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly and they love Mila (Our dog). The vibes are great and I will be craving this place after I leave here.

And to stumble upon this chic and inconspicuous cocktail bar in the busy downtown was something I wasn't expecting and became a treat after a nice stroll through the town after dinner in my hotel room. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was at the place where my heart was calling for. There were two gents at the bar and one of them warmly greeted me and said I could sit anywhere I would like. I hence picked one of the bar seats. Except one table that was occupied by a couple I was the only one. I appeared to have picked the right time; I had the whole bar to myself (eventually though, several different groups of people streamed in; only a few of them sat at the bar close to me. The bar was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a little over 10 people.) Jeremy, who greeted me upon arrival, was a super host. As soon as I explained that wine is my usual got-to, he said he could mix and match reds and whites to create a "flight" based on what I had told him as to my likings. His extensive explanations as to what sorts of reds and whites the bar offers/serves was (of course) all in his memory. His eloquent speech with no filler words truly impressed me; he sure is a wine connoisseur. What he picked for me were... -2024 Pepiere "Les Gras Moutons" (Muscadet) -Kobal "Bajta", Hazole Belo (aka Orange Wine) -Sandlands "Red Table Wine (Lodi Red Blend) With his wealth of knowledge, after giving him only a hint of what I liked, what Jeremy selected for me to sample/sip was a superb choice. All of them were world-class excellence with elegance and beauty. I carefully and slowly sipped each one little by little to truly immerse myself in the art of wine. Yes, wine is a piece of art for sure. I think I said it correctly at the beginning of this review. This is a cocktail bar with variety of spirits which Jeremy could easily concoct just about anything from gin-based one to vodka-based one to tequila-based ones to whiskey-based one to name several. For those who don't drink, their zero-proof section also has something interesting to browse and choose. Not to mention, rotating pilsner or IPA on tap to name a few from the beer section as well. If you need a little bite to eat, their (changing) food menu has a good number of New American-style plates. The bar originally opened in a different building back in 2015 (I believe). They moved to the current location in 2019. They also offer various different classes so you can expand/extend your knowledge. So for your next foodie vacation in Vail, make sure to include Root & Flower in your list.

We also got the focaccia bread which I felt was kind of greasy. I didn't even dip it in the oil cause it had enough oil in its own. We also got the margherita flatbread, but that didn't feel like a flatbread at all. The bread was thick and made it feel more like a pizza. The taste was good so I won't knock it completely, but I wouldn't be calling that a flatbread. Service was great, just a shame the food doesn't live up to expectations. We had a family group of 10, and Aurum was wonderful in handling our large group. However, this year my wife and I went for an evening meal on either July 6 or 7 (forget which one) and had the opposite experience. The waitress serving us had some difficulty. We ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer to start. The appetizer came out from the kitchen 20 minutes later, and I asked the runner who brought it out if she could check on where our wine was. The waitress came back a few minutes later with one glass of wine (even though we had ordered a bottle). I reminded her that we had ordered a bottle, and 10 minutes later we finally got our bottle of wine. It was a chilled white wine, and she did not bring an ice bucket to keep the wine chilled. In the meantime, my dinner salad and my appetizer arrived all at once. I mentioned I would prefer to have my salad first, then my entree later and the runner didn't understand what I said and simply walked away. My wife's meal arrived 10 minutes later. The two tables next to us were having similar issues with their orders. There didn't seem to be a manager anywhere in sight, and we hope this was simply some sort of a temporary staffing issue the night/week we were there. Here's hoping things get back up to snuff for our next visit.
