I came with my flight crew (just a couple of pilots in addition) and we just sat at the bar. I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad. The peanut dressing does have soy sauce so it is not gluten free, so they brought me a champagne vinaigrette instead. It was delicious. This place was very highly recommended amongst all of our friends and relatives that live around Aspen, so we had high hopes. The service was wonderful, we got our food very quickly, and the ambiance was adorable. A little loud but nothing too crazy. The food itself was fine. We ordered the duo dip, French fries, the French dip, and the chicken sandwich. The guac and the other dip were really good and we loved the chips too. The fries are pretty much what you'd expect, except once they got to room temperature they became super hard and not very edible. My husband said the French dip meat was good and tender, pretty good flavor overall. I had the chicken sandwich which was huge! They split the sandwich into three wedges and I could only finish two. I liked the texture of the chicken was nice and I liked the slaw on it, however, the flavor overall was kind of lacking. I would say it was a bit overhyped. The portion is also very healthy so I had had leftovers for lunch the next day. The kale salad has a little kick to it which I loved. Loved the flavor and sauce. The burger had a ton of veggies and ok amount of meat. The French dip had a decent portion of meat which was tender and delicious with the au jus. We got seated right away which was nice, but it got more crowded the later it got, especially because outside seating was too cold. There weren't any outdoor heaters. The food is overpriced as expected as it is Aspen, but I did expect higher quality. We were shocked when we ordered the deviled eggs and only got 3 halves, it felt a little silly to not get 2 full eggs. I also ordered a coke and I got a half size but paid normal price. I'll be honest, I was disappointed when I realized the top rated restaurant in Aspen is right down the street from me already in Beverly Hills under the name Honor Bar.
