Solid interior, good service, friendly, amazing staff! The hookah was the most amazing hookah I have ever had! This can not be overstated. I make my own hookah and other hookah bars make poop. Other bars make hookahs that last for 5 min, lack flavor, and burn out quickly. We had their casablanca special (citrus mix) and we asked for another hookah with our own mix. Our hookah lasted past close! In fact, they wanted us to stay longer after close to finish our hookah! That was a first! I simply cannot say how much this place is awesome. They are a blessing in Erie for those looking for culture and a uniqueness that escapes the typical Olive Garden. The seating was comfortable. They have ground seating and comfy couches. It is a nicely decorated interior with a nice middle eastern flair. The owners are the friendliest people. I met the parents of the owner and the owner. They were welcoming and expressed them selves in their establishment. This is a place that truly has heart. I want to give this place more stars it deserves 10. I've been in a lot of hookah lounges spanning a bunch of different cities across the world and this one is in the sweet spot of what I like in a hookah lounge. The atmosphere and decor is just right. Middle Eastern music, mostly pop, pleasantly plays in the background which allows you to enjoy the social part of enjoying a hookah. I come to Erie a few times a year and Casablanca is where I meet my buddy who doesn't drink to catch up on things. Neither of us are even smokers, but we hang out at a comfortable couch, smoke a mint or mango hookah and talk about friends we remember and philosophy, and life. I have nothing but pleasant feelings for this place. read more

I live in Youngstown, Ohio and came across this place while working in Erie. The place is downtown in a great area with many parking options. This place is amazing! Me and my band, Failed To Study, came from California to tour in the ways coast and one of our stops is Erie. We are avid fans of hookah and decided to find a hookah lounge in the area. We came here and it is amazing! Better and more authentic than our hookah lounges back home! The customer service is amazing and they are so friendly and nice. The hookah is smooth and tasty and the atmosphere is so genuine and authentic. The place is beautiful! This is the second time I've been to casablanc hookah lounge and I've been very impressed both times. The first time I came with a large group and had so much fun. the second was just myself and a date so I was a bit worried that it would be boring but it was a nice way to unwind after the date and get some alone time. They have a great selection of flavors and the staff are very nice and quick to refill coals and flavors. One of my favorite places in Erie. read more

I went to Casablanca for the first time last night, I hadn't smoked hookah in years. The woman who greeted us was very friendly and made it easy for us to choose a flavor and set everything up. The flower tea is absolutely amazing and I'd come back just for that. The atmosphere is calming and inviting, from the decor to the layout everything about the inside of this place is beautiful. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the ventilation system, if there even was one. As someone who wears contact lenses I found out quickly that it wasn't a place I could sit for hours and enjoy without my eyes becoming dried out. Other than that everything was wonderful and I'll definitely be returning again. read more

This place was kind of decent before but has really degraded in quality. They charge $5.99 for an extra smoker and lie about adding more tobacco. Plus, their food and drinks are really expensive. The owner is really rude. If you want to spend outrageous money and still want to mess up your day, this is the right place. read more

Great prices, fast service, and good options. We love the classics like blue mist and some of the fruity combos. The only downside is that they don't do custom combos like other fruits and mint (I tend to like raspberry mint and have been refused multiple times). The ambience is lovely, with couch and floor seating and chill/deep house or Middle Eastern music playing. We usually enjoy our Hookah with some black tea, which offers up a relaxing evening! Was visiting my sister-in-law and she knows my love for hookah, so she took me here. Great place! It's gorgeous inside, very well decorated. The staff was really sweet and accommodating. We ordered lemon mint and the hookah lasted a reeeeally long time. There was even cut up fruit and mint in the water of the hookah, which we thought was really cute. Lovely place! read more

I just eat in this place and 1 stars is too much for them. The food was awful and all food was bad. When i told the guy who give us the bill "the food was bad and some of the meet have blood" he respond was like "I don't care" he didn't even say sorry. And it cost us 52 dollars "so expensive" for nothing. read more

I love this place! The decor is awesome and very cozy. They have big comfy couches or you can choose to sit on the floor with pillows. The staff is excellent, super nice people. Went in expecting a good time. The guy who was "taking care" of us ripped us off. We ordered one combined flavor fruit bowl hookah and he charged and gave us two different hookahs. He barely spoke any English to us and ignored pretty much the whole time. Our hookah burned out too. Good looking place but the guy up front needs to at least speak more than 5 words of English and at least pretend to care read more
