We enjoyed all of these drinks but we really loved one called "Transfusion", which was their vodka, Welch's Grape Juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger ale. We all wanted to buy a few bottles of this, if they made it, it was absolutely delicious! The price for the flight was very reasonable too and they gave you a nice pour for each. If you want food though, you'll need to take a short walk over to The Empty Pint, though I'd recommend just grabbing some appetizers, do a bigger meal elsewhere. My advice to anyone visiting Southern Tier Brewing Company would be to first come to The Empty Bottle and enjoy cocktails and the harder spirits then round out the evening, once it gets a little later, with a Pumking (while it's on draft) at The Empty Pint, up the road a few steps. The options on the menu are packed with flavor and they have many to choose from. Be sure to try the TRB if you can handle the kick. My other half says it is one of the best burgers he has ever eaten, and he knows his burgers. The wings... they are served whole, as in not broken down into smaller pieces. By doing this, Chad preserves a lot of the natural juices and the end product is so tender you have to try them to understand. Order the "house" wings the first time you are there.
