Loved it! Food was delicious. The service was like going to your mom's house for dinner. The baklava was unique and really tasty. This was our first time going here and we will definitely be back.

Fual Maddamas. Outstanding!

Step into this middle eastern paradise. Experience a woman who brings authenticity into every dish. Hand delivered to the table by the chef herself shows her humbleness but make no mistake, the food is magical. I have a closet addiction to a dish that only a select few places make: Fual Maddammas. This chef tops the list with Fual Madammas. Best ever. Entree I had the Shokie. Artichoke hearts with ground beef, peas and carrots and broth and spices that will make you think you've been transported to the middle east homeland for an authentic home cooked meal. The music and atmosphere matches the food experience. The salad dressing was authentic as well. If you're here, make the trip and be transported to a magical wonderland of middle eastern food.

I love the woman that runs this place, she's super sweet. And I love the Cashier-Blanca, too. What to get: Shawarma or Kofte Kebab, and the insanely good Mint Lemonade. Why: Because it's probably the tastiest Sh** you can get in Erie. That's weird: Yeah it's kinda Eerie. Anything else good in town: Yes, absolutely. The Pizza from Virgil's Plate. Amazing. And what else: Could you stop asking me questions please? When I first came here, I looked at the menu, and asked what was good, and the woman cast me a blank stare... and I Cast-her-a-blanker stare in return. So, if you're in Erie, try all the specialty Pizzas at Virgil's, and also come to Casablanca. Get the Mint Lemonade which is spectacular, as well as the aforementioned kebabs, which are very good. The lady working here is adorable. Your food may take a little while, so consider calling it in. But once it's ready, it'll be worth it. Starlight (my cat) is a very awesome and reliable cat. She is a Cat-I-bank-on. Surprising that such good Middle Eastern stuff is available in the sleepy lakeside town of Erie, which is frozen solid 8 months a year (I almost exaggerated just now), but it's a great thing. And by the way last time I played golf, the caddy kept peeing himself. He wasn't in control of his Caddy-bladder.

If you're looking for authentic and delicious food- this is your spot. They have a back deck for outdoor seating. The staff were great- I love that they explain in detail how every dish is cooked when they bring it out. Hummus was great and Chicken Shish Kabob were some of the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend if your up for a relaxing evening.

Had seen a number of recommendations on social media for the Brewerie as I am a train buff. So on…read morethe way home we decided to stop there. First off it's not hard to find via GPS but parking could be tricky and we ended up in metered parking across the way by the post office. The good new, the meters still take quarters and we had plenty. The restaurant and brewery are a museum. So much to see and a great gift shop. Train lovers ambiance with high ceilings and many original or well reproduced signs. Food was great from salads to burgers. Ended up getting a flight of beers. We were there for lunch and had very good service. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. There is also outdoor seating and banquet facilities. Should have asked for a tour but had to get going. Did grab a 4-pak of Swoop tallboys to go. Definitely recommend.

Lots of character defines the atmosphere of Union Station…read more We started with the pierogis and spinach dip. My favorite of the two was the spinach dip served with pub made tortillas. For lunch we tried the fish sandwich and soup / salad combo. Fish sandwich came with fries. Fish was on the small side and fries more on the mushy side. I had the onion soup and house salad. The onion soup is not French onion, it resembles it but actually has a sweet flavor. Salad was fresh, I added grilled chicken, it came with a tiny cup of dressing. They do use bottled dressing rather than house made. Our server had 5 active tables, even though she brought ketchup and dressing to the table, she didn't offer drink refills or check back after we received our food.

Had the bisque which has a tomato base - DELICIOUS even on a hot day. Took the deviled eggs to go for breakfast tomorrow. Had the chicken picata with capers. The picky eater picked out the capers. I had the seafood trio: scallops, lobster tail, & crab stuffed shrimp. It was accompanied by basmati rice, carrots, & asparagus. I wish when I cook my basmati rice turned out that perfect. The waffle sundae closed out the dinner with carmel & chocolate sauce, whipped cream, ice cream ... and picky eater held the fresh seasonal berries. Parking vouchers were included with the bill. Very nice meal. Not rushed. Beautiful view. Ask for Laitin - She maes great recommendations.

Salad not so fresh, with bad premade blue cheese. Sticky wing were not cooked to their best. Still Fatty and less than impressive. House beer was sold out. But the server led me well with a local IPA. The pics of specials looked promising.
