This is my update. Casa One refuses to answer their phones and does not follow up on submitted claims that I've been told my the warehouse they use only takes 24-48 hours. They send repeated emails that say the exact same thing if you email them. And their customer service number rings and goes to a voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE . I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. 3days later. Here's another update. I was called by Casa One after I emailed them again and said I write a Yelp review and called the better business bureau. A man named Guru called and said he is going to have a bed shipped to a warehouse and then someone will contact me from the warehouse to set up a delivery, but he did not know how long that would take and can I retract my statement with the better business bureau. I said do I have the Queen size bed I order? He said no, I'm working on it. I said, well then NO! read more

I was finally able to get ahold of someone on the phone and after a bit of back and forth I did just get email saying that there was a listing error and they would be issuing me a full refund and they provided me with a shipping label to return the rug. read more

DO NOT buy anything from this company. We ordered a table to try them out, table came with 8 missing pieces. Tried to reach out to customer service and they would not return my phone call and over email gave us the run around on the resolution. We needed the table for a birthday party in 5 days and without a resolution I informed them I would need to return the table and purchase a new one. Their representative would not send me a return label and in 2 days she sends me a tracking number for the missing parts, completely disregarding that the table was now taken apart and back in the box. The other issue was that the parts were set to arrive 4 days after the party and we already ordered the new one from somewhere else more reputable. Moving sucks!!! Yup. Let's start this review off with the obvious-- that packing and moving is right up there for the topic "Annoying Things" next to the item - "preparing for my work presentations when the Lakers game is on" or "Rosanne Barr" on the list of things that I prefer not to do. But with that said - Casa One is a company that helps make the tall task of moving and packing away your life, all that much more simple. Renting furniture? Them moving it? Subscription based? Sure. That works for me. Recently I had the even taller task, of decorating and furnishing a Longstone Properties & The Citytrove designed designer home, located in Highland Park. These Longstone Properties x The Citytrove homes are absolutely gorgeous!!! (**Total swoon** - they are quality designed homes, with a lot of love, care, attention and detail going into them.) So it only makes sense to make these homes furnished as nicely as possible! Casa One provides a pretty good list to choose from, for the modern day Hipster. Lol. It differs from Court furniture or other rental companies.. and offers more current offerings. With that said though, they aren't necessarily the cheapest. And also still, they can most Defffffffff add to their inventory list for the 'Los Angeles' region, and provide many more options. That would definitely help the customer, and improve the company. But in terms of delivery? They got that in the bag. (or truck actually.) Delivery guys Jonny, Benny, and Anastico were top-notch guys. They successfully set up and cleaned up the furniture quickly and professionally. And furthermore, they were superrrr nice. They were real good guys-- ESPECIALLY JOHNNY--they were all both extremely courteous and service-oriented. And quality people is what helps make a company great. To summarize: Furniture is limited, but current/or modern style. Product is decent to good quality. Delivery guys / customer service and experience of the delivery was excellent. Advice to company: Have more SKU's and offer more options for customers to choose between, and at affordable or lower prices. I like that you can choose furniture all a cart or as a package depending on your taste. You can see the before and after! Within four days I got multiple offers over asking price. Weeks of "I'll have an update for you by the end of the day" promises and claims that the package was delivered (it was - back to their warehouse) - but never a follow up or acknowledgement that they're even working on the issue. Their prices are good, but it's worth the extra few bucks to go with a reputable company that follows through and save yourself hours upon hours of having to explain the situation to whomever answers the phone. read more

Although I had never shopped with this company I've been buying furniture online for more than a decade on July 14 I ordered a table for my kitchen from this seller because they had an extended Fourth of July coupon code that saved me 50 bucks they processed my payment and the money left my account the next day! four days later they sent me an email (having already taken my money) to tell me that my payment was "flagged as fraudulent" and that I needed to send them a copy of my photo ID? In all of my years I have never been asked to submit a copy of my photo ID to an online vendor?! Beside myself with a alarm I called the number for this store listed on their website told them that there was no way they were getting a copy of my ID and if the payment was flagged why was it processed and that I would immediately like a refund. The girl on the phone told me that would not be a problem and the payment would be processed in 3 to 5 days and that she would send me an email confirmation for the refund I said thank you and hung up at which point she called my phone back to tell me she wanted me to stay on the line until I received the email I asked her to then please send it so I didn't have to stay on the phone because at this point I'm very uncomfortable with this company so she hangs up it's been an hour I still have yet to get an email confirming that my $875 will be refunded. Even though I've called back several times, I've been placed in perpetual hold. Very uneasy, feeling scammed and now I am a prisoner to get my money back from this charade of a company who is clearly money laundering or just stealing peoples's money with no intent of selling furniture. I just moved to Los Angeles and was looking for rental furniture in the area, and I have to say CasaOne had the best selection and best prices for exactly what I wanted. Compare to the other guys, they have the lowest minimum rental and tell you exactly what you're getting in simple descriptions. I almost thought I'd have to cancel my order when I thought that my furniture could not be delivered for about 10 days, but I e-mailed customer service and they got it delivered in half the time. I really wanted to write this review to talk about the delivery and assembly of my order. I got a bed, a mattress, a desk, and a futon/sofa. My order was delivered by three guys - Johnny, Ben, and Kevin. Not only were they very nice and lugged my items across the parking garage and up to my apartment (we took an elevator), but Johnny kept the conversation going throughout the whole time they were there. I felt kind of useless just standing there as they assembled my furniture, but Johnny had me watch as they put the bed together so I'd know if I ever need to take it apart. They really to the divide and conquer approach - Ben finished assembling the bed while Johnny put together the sofa and Kevin started putting together the desk in the truck. When they were done, they even cleaned up any little pieces of trash from the furniture packaging and took all the cardboard with them. They were fast, friendly, and if I ever need to get more furniture, I'd definitely give CasaOne my business again. I can't recommend Johnny, Ben, and Kevin enough. If you're just looking for some functional modern furniture and don't want to pay thousands of dollars, CasaOne is the place to go. read more

CasaOne is just awesome!!! Firstly, I found CORT on google, but the price is not really reasonable for me. They neither have simple furniture as I expected. Then I found CasaOne, reasonable price with fast online customer service. I have no doubt this is the one I will lease furniture from! I placed an order on Tuesday morning, and they pushed the delivery process, make it 3 days earlier than usual. So I received the furniture on Saturday. That's pretty awesome because I just spent 1 night on the floor, you saved my back, dudes :P Peter & Hector arrived at 9 AM, just as the appointment said. They delivery all furniture inside my apartment, and they even brought shoe cover in order to protect my carpet! And always watch my door and wall while moving stuff, very caring and professional! 1 Sofa, 1 Dining Table, 1 Bed, they assembled all these stuff in 15 mins!!! Incredible!! Clean everything and take boxes back, just that simple! BTW, everything I received is BRAND NEW! I will definitely choose CasaOne again for next time leasing! Highly recommend to everybody! I think their furniture is more on trend than a lot of furniture rental companies so a few key pieces really work well with out general style. My husband and I recently rented furniture from CasaOne to stage a home that we are selling. I liked the style of the furniture they had available and so we decided to give them a shot even though their rental prices weren't cheap compared to the cost for the actual items (I found the exact same pieces they're renting out at places like target, poly and bark, etc and felt the rental price vs the cost of the actual item was a little high). However, we decided it was still more convenient to rent rather than buy and have to resell or store it somewhere after. The selection process and getting a quote for all the items I picked went smoothly. However, the first issue arose when I was told after I had already paid for everything that 2 of the end tables I was going to rent were damaged. I appreciate that they didn't send me a damaged item, however they didn't have any replacements of the same item and the only one similar to it cost more. I asked if they would be willing to honor the price for the original item I had requested since I had already paid for it, however they were unwilling to do so. It wasn't a huge deal, but I just felt it would have been good customer service to at least honor the price of the item I originally requested since they didn't have an exact replacement for it. My biggest complaint however and the reason I'm leaving a 2 star review is due to the delivery of the furniture. I was told through several confirmation emails that my furniture would be arriving at 3pm on Jan 7. In none of the emails did it say that it would be arriving within a certain time window, instead their email stated that their team "loves being on time" and that if they were made to wait more than 15 minutes they would move on and a rescheduling fee would be charged. Therefore, I made it a point to be there before 3 to be ready. By 3:30pm they still had not arrived and I had not heard from anyone yet. As I was trying to find a phone number to call, which I couldn't find on their website, I received a call from them saying that the delivery team was going to be delayed until roughly 5:30pm due to traffic and a delay with a previous customer that morning. I understand that traffic is not in their control, however in LA I do feel like they should have taken that into account when creating the delivery schedule and put in some extra buffer time. Also, I was very disappointed in their lack of communication with me regarding the delay. If I had heard from them earlier in the day, I could have adjusted my schedule accordingly. Instead, I had to wait there for 3 hours until they finally arrived at 6pm. Since this wasn't my own home, it was inconvenient for me to leave and come back as I don't live nearby. Once their team arrived, they did a good job of quickly bringing in and assembling all the furniture, as they understood I had been waiting a while and was in a rush to leave. They were friendly and efficient, which I appreciate. However, I do feel because they were trying to get everything done quickly, they were a little less careful and ended up scuffing the newly painted walls when bringing boxes upstairs and didn't sweep up the floors as well as they could have. Overall, I am disappointed with our experience with this company and am unlikely to use them again. read more

Pretty dreadful experience on the customer service side. They forced us pay for the entire year upfront because of a mistake THEY MADE! Also very difficult to communicate with and nobody there is on the same page. That plus they are very shady with the terms re: cost and timeline of returning/exchanging items. On the good side, delivery was prompt and courteous and the furniture itself is of decent quality and style. The process is complicated and customer service is super slow to respond. I am currently renting with them because I had no other choice. The quality of furniture is bad. I placed my order and after everything was confirmed, 1 day before delivery they emailed me saying I had to pick a new dining table and their options were bleak so now we have a scratched up, wobbly dining table. The couch we ordered is extremely uncomfortable and is causing back problems. Now we have to live with this furniture for a year with no way out of the lease unless we pay it out. I recently rented furniture from Casa One. The process to rent and have the furniture delivered went smoothly. When they deliver the furniture they ask if everything looks fine. Since I was busy getting everything unpacked in my apartment. I looked for a second and said everything looked good. The experience once you go to return the furniture is where they get you. I was leaving town and had a day they were supposed to pick up furniture and they asked if they could change pickup day. I said yes and that was the start of the issue. I had the super in the building let them in the apartment. A couple of days after they picked up the furniture, I received pictures with some that did not show anything with charges for scratches and a dent in the furniture and a rip in a cushion on the couch. I contacted them and said the dent was done by the movers when they moved since it was not there before I left and I never moved the furniture. I asked them where the rip in the cushion was since again I did not see it before I left the apartment. They did not answer the question. They do a great job of finding scratches that you would need to turn the furniture over to find every scratch. This way they can charge you hundreds of dollars more for tiny scratches. Plus unless you look at the furniture extremely closely when they deliver you will miss the scratches and how do you prove they were not there when they moved the furniture in. I would strongly suggest rent from a different furniture rental company. My daughter, I was super careful with the furniture and they still got us. I never write reviews on Yelp but felt the public needed a warning before renting from Casa One. To the comment below from Casa One. There were no restrictions entering my building on the original date and Casa One entered my building when things even got worse in NY at a later date. read more

I ordered a bed frame from this company on October 31, 2022. The bed ordered was apparently a California king size labeled "Cal King" but I intended to order a standard king size. I immediately contacted them the next morning over the phone to address this issue and they reassured me that they will send a standard king and refund the difference in cost between the two. The bed frame was delivered on November 26, 2022 and it was not a standard king size. I called the company immediately, in which it took more than 5 attempts to get through to an agent. The agent had me file a claim for a return/exchange. Now they are saying they will not accept the return even though it is within their return window. Keep in mind that I even notified them over the phone the following day after the order was placed to please change to standard king size. My communication with them through emails and phone calls has been extremely frustrating and their customer service is extremely incompetent and unhelpful. This is a very large purchase and what they are doing is in my opinion unethical. read more
