For the sides, he used a number 1 clipper, and the blending was done with a 1.5 clipper. But today, a new stylist I hadn't seen before shaved my child's entire head. I was so shocked and said this isn't what I wanted, but the hairdresser just blamed me, saying it was my fault for not explaining clearly. What parent would want their child's entire head shaved? I can't even understand how something like this happened. Even if there was a miscommunication, that hairstylist shouldn't handle the problem that way. She never apologized, and her expression was full of indifference, as if she didn't want to deal with me any longer. The mocking look in the hairdresser's eyes--it makes me so angry. Although the owner apologized, I'm still extremely upset. Avoid going to a salon like that. My 7-year-old son is crying hard, saying the hairstyle is so bad that friends will tease him and that he can't go to school until his hair grows back.

After a tragically failed salon haircut I was referred to Awq and booked the aoonest appointment available. Kero is the first barber I have met who has cut according to headshape and hair texture. She always does the best job and I will wait until she becomes available to ensure I get the same fantastic cut every time. I switched to KC Barbershop and specifically to Martha (about 6 months ago) after hearing a great recommendation from a colleague of mine. I am very happy that I made the switch and several of my family members and wife make comments that my haircuts have been on point since going to Martha.
