BESPOKE - Defined as "Made for a particular customer"... that's what LG is all about...you... I found LG on a search looking to clean up my beard and touch up my hair for a dinner and an event. It was short notice, and my Bespoke experience began before I even arrived. There arose a scheduling issue that he worked personally with me from jump to accommodate my schedule. Check. I arrived and was greeted warmly, escorted to his private studio, and we sat and chatted about what I was looking for. I'm a newbie when it comes to facial hair, and struggled with how to describe my intended look. No problem. LG took the extra time to ensure he could envision what result I was seeing in my head. He cared solely about me. Check. We began and found some areas of life experience we shared and chatted about those in a very casual but real sense. It wasn't small talk. He genuinely cares. And you feel it. Check. What seemed like a very short time later he was done, and I have never been happier with the results in my life and I'm 50! Check. Getting this type of service is new to me, a gift to myself for turning 50. And it was the best gift I could have chosen. These guys came highly recommended for biracial curls on a young boy. I've been calling the number provided by Google for days with no answer and finally stopped by today to find it closed. Give a number we can contact and update your true hours online! Side note. I had to hustle a family of five (with toddlers) I totally the car etc to get to the barber shop, to find it closed. This guy is a legend! I got a mens cut with LG. He is truly something special. I came in very overgrown, and with some previous mistakes on my last cut from another business. He asked all sorts of questions, like "Any challenges you have had in the past?" and "Which way do you comb your hair?". He noticed the mistaken areas right away and commented on how he would like to fix it. LG takes his time, and is very very precise. I left with the best cut that I have had in a long time! Best Haircut I have ever had and definitely worth the slightly higher cost and extra time. He will also help with the overall look and style if you talk about what you are going for. Always helps me with a cut that is a great balance between fashion forward and conservative for work. Every once in a while it gets a little behind but you will get a notification and he takes the time to give everyone an un-rushed amazing service. Service is in a small great private room with all the amenities of any larger barber shop. The private room also makes it a much more relaxing experience with whatever music you won't or what ever show on the TV. I won't ever go to anyone else, perfect every time. I will start off by saying I was in town for a wedding and needed a last minute cut, I researched barbers in the area and I am very picky, Sure, I could have gone to Hammer and Nail but just like everything you pay for what you get. L is a great barber. Don't get me wrong. Man can cut and his appt only solo environment is very sheek. I have had at least 5 cuts from him and he, while busy works with my schedule. The reason for 3 stars is lack of punctuality. Not one of the 5 visits was he on time. 20-60 min late. Yes, when trying to "squeeze" me in last minute (which I respect) turns out he double booked me and I had to wait an hour. Not sure why I would pay the highest price for a cut in the area for appointment only style cut and not get service on time. Had fun, but last visit ever. read more
