We have been coming to this resort at Moses Lake for over six years, and I can honestly say that this year has been our most enjoyable stay yet! The amount of work and care that has gone into improving this property this year is truly incredible. You can see the pride that has been put into making this place beautiful, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! Literally the greenest, cleanest, most well-kept grass we have ever seen here! It's obvious that a lot of time, effort, and heart have gone into creating such a beautiful space. But what makes this place even more special is the staff. Everyone we have encountered has been so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. That kind of hospitality makes such a difference and turns a nice stay into a memorable one. After six-plus years of coming here, we've watched this property evolve, and we truly appreciate all the hard work that has gone into making it what it is today. This year, everything just seemed to come together. The beautiful grounds, the cleanliness, the improvements, and most importantly the wonderful new management & staff. We absolutely love coming here and are so thankful to have new management and staff that take pride in hosting such a wonderful park. Sadly, the two stars is simply because the staff is nice. Otherwise, this is a zero star property. Unfortunately, the best way to describe the sites is awful. Weeds, dead plants, broken sprinklers, and broken down pads.. The facility is not maintained and is in disrepair. If this place is your last option, demand a slot in the 800's. These sites have trees and appear cleaner. read more

The staff are really nice but that is the only good thing .I spent the whole time trying to keep water on out of my stuff .2 times a day water sprays everything cant even open screen door for air water comes in its always has at least 2 inches of water I know they want green grass but come on the laundry has have the machines not working and very old machines would nor recommend read more

It use to be the most beautiful, well kept campground in Moses Lake. Sunrise Resort company owns this (plus an additional 11 properties) and they have neglected to take care of this property. It shameful what has happened. Maybe if enough people complain they will do something about it. read more

Today I've had the worst experience in this place thay I've never had. Parking too expensive, dogs poop, everything is expensive. They should be too much better if they want people coming over here with this new management. read more

Pier 4 Campground - The grass is not being taken care of and there is so much dog shit that it is not even possible to let the children play - Campgrounds Near Me - Moses Lake, Washington

It is one of few that is open in the winter. I am in town for a temporary job at the local hospital. After getting here I slowly realized this is where you go when no where else has room. No shade, packed in like sardines. The "rules" don't apply to people the managers like. So while we are required to keep our dog on a leash, not allowed to have a camping mat outside our rig, and quiet time starts at 10:00, those rules don't apply to others. As near as I can tell, the louder and more belligerent you are, the less likely management is to hold you to the rules. So be prepared to hear whatever music is favored by the loudest party people in the park until 1:00 or 2:00am. If any other park that accepted pets had room we would move. Many of us are actively looking but the rest of the summer is booked out everywhere. read more

Trashy place. Hook ups were ancient. If you like parking in a big gravel and dead grass field, then this is the place for you. Just don't look left or you'll see the resident hoarder continually piling things up in their clearly permanent spit. No maintenance has been done in years. First, it was a disappointment with one of the ladies at the office that either, she's not well informed about the place or she didn't wanted me there for some reason. When I got to the office I asked her if they rent monthly she looked at me and asked me what year is my motorhome which at the time I didn't have with me. I told her that it was a 2004 model. She said that she'll have to check with management because they are very "picky" about old Motorhome's or trailers. I told her that my motorhome is in very good shape, not a single scratch in or out, with only 27,000 original miles on it and it looked and function way better than 70% of the Motorhomes or fifth wheelers already parked in the resort. Then she told me that it might be ok BUT that they don't rent long term (monthly), that usually only people on vacation or people that come to town to do some temporary work and then leave. But I looked around and 40 to 50% of the fifth wheels and Motorhomes have been there for a long time and they are setup for a permanent stay. So, I just said thank you, turned around and left. I went back two days later, went to the office found another lady and it was a totally and completely different story. She was kind, always in a good disposition, smiling and I asked her the same, "do you guys rent monthly?" She said, ABSOLUTELY! You can pay 3 or four or six months in advance or you can pay month to month. Whatever is convenient for you. Then she proceeded to tell me the amenities the rules and all the info. 100% satisfied with that kind person. The place, I LOVE IT! Good fishing, swimming, it has a pool, two docks volleyball court, swings, fenced pet area, laundry facilities, hot showers, and even though the freeway is nearby, the noise is not loud enough to keep you awake. I don't understand why people complain about the freeway noise. I would give pier4 five stars. read more

This place is absolutely awful! If you have $70, take it out of your wallet, and wipe your rear end with it, and it will be better use of your money. Packed in like sardines, no shade, no fire pit, and a freeway right beside you. Everything closes at 5pm, including the "adult room" which has a tv, a pool table, and a shuffleboard. Everything closes around the time when people might be wanting to watch the news, or warm up since there's no fire pits. The office opens at 9am and so does everything else, except the pool that opens at 11am. The pool closes at 7pm. We stayed 2 nights because we were attending a concert at the Amphitheatre the second night and wanted to give ourselves plenty of time. The first night we set up, cooked and ate dinner, and were sitting around our tiny allotted circle chatting, when the camp host came over and told us it was after 10, and we needed to keep it down. No problem. We turned in for the night. The second night, we came back late from our concert, and a very large family had moved in on top of us. Literally. They pitched 2 tents in their parking spot, and one on their tiny plot of land, mingling their things with ours, including a fenced pet area. This also meant that they took up all the available parking along the street, so we had no where to park the car when we got back. It's 2am, I'm trying to sleep, but said family has started a large fire a few sites down (Huh? How?), and they are yelling and partying it up. Did I mention it's 2am? Chatting after 10pm a no go, but full on drunken screaming at 2am is perfectly fine here. We would have been better off to sleep in our cars at a rest area. read more

Loud. Next to freeway. They stick you next to freeway unless you're a member of their club. Smaller spaces. Bathrooms are clean. But you have to flush about 27 times for a normal evacuation. Plenty of full time folks who seem to be mobile home park refugees. Possibly Brandon's fault. All in all a very slight step over staying at a rest area. read more

The initial disappointment still stands, but the management has since rectified the situation. It was much appreciated after the initial exchange. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible customer service. The registration office employee was condescending and rude. Paid extra for a view, did not receive a lot with a view, inquired in the registration office and was completely dismissed and rebuffed. All of the grass is dead, the lots are horrible, the advertised weekend breakfast is nonexistent. Website is rife with lies. Do not give this business your money, they are wildly undeserving. read more

Really bad RV camp, especially for price. Outdated and uninspiring look, with narrow spots, store shelves were empty, pool closed, can't swim in lake due to algae... Premium spots have trees, but no sewage hookup. By far the worst spot I visited so far. read more
