They cleaned two long black dress coats for me and the quality was excellent. I'm very particular about my clothes and they delivered. I also needed a 24-hour turnaround for a wedding and they made it happen without fuss. Now they have 10 pairs of my denim jeans to contend with and they are planning on an old fashioned heavy starch job. Also they have a drive-up for convenience that is the cherry on top. Highly recommend if you care about your clothes and best ever service.

I asked them to replace an inner panel of the pants (not visible from the front that cause the zipper to pull). They proceeded to put a hole in the front and then go back and forth with a sewing machine to the point where they were unwearable- calling it a patch for a hole. As someone who sews I would never find this acceptable repair for the front of new pants, I went to them because it was a repair I could not do myself. When I went back they defended their work and stared me down as I asked for a refund and the cost of the pants which I had the receipt for. They tried to argue I had worn them for one year, which, again I had the receipt showing they were a month old. They made a scene in the store which was embarrassing for everyone involved. Completely unprofessional on so many levels. AVOID

So when I buy dresses or jumpsuits, I need them taken in at the waist and sometimes the sides. That's when Thu comes to the rescue! She knows exactly where to nip and tuck to stay true to the structure of the outfit while tayloring it to my shape. She has done alterations for me on formal dresses, business clothes, casual tops, slacks and maxi dresses. Everything looks amazing because she is a perfectionist. Look at how she dresses everyday to come to her shop and sew, and you will see that Thu knows how clothes should fit and be presented. Thu has a vibrant personality so if no one else is in the shop while you are there, be prepared for lots of conversation and laughs! I would stop by in off-hours during the week to avoid waiting as others tried on clothes and got fitted. So if you don't want to wait, avoid lunch hours, after work and Saturday's. Everything was done in a timely manner and to the highest standard. Services were exactly what I ask for - most people don't fold shirts preferring them on hangers, but for me, that's what I needed and I was very happy that they complied. I don't have a benchmark for how expensive dry cleaning is these days, but it seemed like a pretty decent value. I'll be back!

For all of it, it was over 100. Some say it may not be worth it, and some would say it's worth its value.
