I had never heard of this business until last week. I know I've seen the building a million times,…read morebut honestly never paid an ounce of attention to what it was. It was simply another building to me. Now that I know what it is, I will absolutely go back. I had called Springfield Rentals because I needed longer bolts than what they had given me for a piece of equipment. I had no problem buying them, but I needed to know where to get them. Finding the right size was extremely difficult before I went to Springfield Rentals, trust me. Tim, at Springfield Rentals told me to come here. He gave me directions here. Told me to pull into the parking lot for Joey's Pizza and I would run straight into the building. Awesome. I immediately knew where I was going based on that. Because that's the only time I ever noticed this business, was when I was going to Joey's Pizza. My friend Coco and I went in, and were immediately greeted by the employee working. I didn't get his name, and I wish I did. I told him I was sent there by the guys at Springfield Rentals, and I was supposed to be the biggest pain in his ass he'd seen all day. The guy working just laughed and proceeded to help us. I gave him the bolts we had, and told him I needed longer ones. He was more than helpful, entertaining, and knowledgeable about what we needed when we explained it to him. Within just a few moments, I'm talking two minutes at most, he had 4 sets of longer bolts sitting in front of me. Giving me plenty of options to choose from. Obviously they have a pretty decent stock on-hand, which kind of surprised me, given this looks like a pretty small place when you're inside. We picked two, just so we had options, as we really weren't sure exactly how long they needed to be. Prices were cheap, I think. It was a whole $1 for 4 bolts. I honestly don't go buying bolts or comparison shopping when I need them, so I presume it's cheap, but have nothing to compare it to, to be sure. I'm of the mind, I just spent $1, so even if they don't work, I really don't care, as I'm not out tons of money. Would I return? Absolutely! It's a great local business (my favorite kind of business to get behind) who is obviously being supported by another down the street. Having received excellent customer service from both makes it that much better, as I tend to trust their opinions and recommendations that much more. I'm also glad I learned about this business, because when I need that weird, hard to find bolt or anything similar, I'm going to save myself the time and headache of trying to search it out by coming directly here. That gives me some sort of peace of mind in itself too. That I will never have to go on the wild goose chase to find something like that ever again, now that I know about this business. The site looks like an equipment yard and facilities are modest at best but it keeps overhead low.
