They are the main go-to trustworthy business in the area for boat motor repairs and boat purchases. That being said, does tho owner know that some service manager is telling people they don't work on outboard motors other than Mercury's and Yamahas? Even for simple things like annual maintenanc? It's my understanding that even the very capable mechanics and service desk people didn't know that (new?) rule Until recently. Why would a business limit their service opportunities and miss out on revenue? Very disappointed in that business.

I've shopped here a few times and probably will avoid unless I have an emergency and need something the same day. I will go to Tri Cities or order my stuff online. Amazon has a lot of RV parts and if you have Prime you get free shipping. I found that this store charges $120 a gallon for roof coat material. I can get the same stuff off the shelf in Pasco for $88. Some would call this gouging.

Absolute worst place to repair an RV. Was promised priority service of 4 days on warranty repairs…read moreand they had it 6 weeks! Manufacturing company (Thor) was overcharged so much they took them off the list of approved repair facilities! Blue Dog RV was charged almost $800 to replace a slide topper! That was just for labor, not parts! I had to have them reinstall the topper because it wasn't installed properly and they did the work in 45 minutes! ($800 for 45 min work!) The list of overcharging goes on and on... technitions are not qualified or certified to perform maintenance on any RV .. when I asked about certification I was told they didn't know! Since certification requires specific schooling I would figure they would remember if they had been certified!...avoid this place like the plague if you Don't want to get ripped off!
