He walked us through the entire process of buying a home what to do and look for and ask for! Then a year later we decided to sell the home due to my husband relocation, Ben put the house on the market for us, he updated us with every posting and feedback. The house was on market for 12 days and was sold. He helped us negotiate and fought for us. If you are looking for someone who will be there for you and help you expert properties is the one! Ask for Ben!

The listings on Zillow and Trulia clearly state that video tours are available, but when I called to ask where we could view the video tour, Tracy from Expert Properties told me no video exists because they "weren't able to get one before the current tenants moved in." This directly contradicts what the listing advertises. There were also no photos of the exterior of the building, only a few poor-quality interior shots. When I asked if they could provide any photos of the outside, Tracy said none were available because of "mud" and again insisted that we should just pay the $110 and apply anyway. At that point, it felt extremely suspicious. Expecting prospective renters to pay non-refundable application fees before they've even seen the outside of a property (while advertising tours that don't actually exist) is unreasonable and raises serious red flags. Renters should be very cautious before paying application fees under circumstances like these, because professional property management companies do not behave this way. This seems to be a scam operation with good reviews that look fabricated. UPDATE: after reading the reviews on their second website (why they have two websites, I'm not sure, but I think it's because of all the bad reviews on their original site)- it's clear that this IS a scam operation. They will take your application fee money knowing full well you're not approved BEFORE they take it, they will steal your security deposit however they can, and the apartments are dirty (I guess that's why they don't do viewings at all). Wish I would've read the reviews before even interacting with this company, but hopefully this review deters future renters.
