I found myself stuck on a Saturday morning in the Home Depot parking lot in Bonney Lake. My car was toast for lack of a better description. I found these guys on google. They answered on the first call. I spoke with their dispatcher, explained what was going on and they said they could have a truck to me within 30 minutes. Sure enough, they arrived in about 20 minutes. Two really friendly folks hopped out the rig, got the car hooked up and towed me and my car back to my house. I was so impressed I scheduled directly with Drew, the driver, to come pick up the rig on Monday at 10:30 am to take it to a dealership. Sure enough, Monday morning about 10:20 am she called to let me know she was around the corner. I had left the keys with the vehicle and instructions to deliver it to Titus will in Parkland. Well a couple hours later I receive a call from Titus Will Tacoma asking me why my vehicle was there. I was curious myself. I contacted Drew directly, she reached out to the owner of Cascade Towing and within about ten minutes. Drew was on her way to move the vehicle to the correct site, no complaints, no arguments, no extra charges, just, sorry for our mistake, pleas let us fix it. I have to tell you, I can't say enough good things about these guys. I mean, how many Titus Will's are there? Quite a few last time I checked, mistakes happen. What's amazing is the customer service, professionalism and the fact that they actually cared. I highly recommend these folks, and although I hope I never need their services again, if I do, they will be the first ones I call. read more

This place preys on people who are in a tough spot. My daughter, 16, had a flat tire. The driver came out to see her. She had both AAA and roadside assistance through her insurance, but AAA said they wouldn't come get her on a gravel road. Instead of towing her to a safe place, the driver convinced her he needed to tow her all the way back to Seattle. $899.39 later, he dropped her off. This practice is ludicrous. Simply predatory. I live in Bonney Lake and have used Cascade towing a few times. Each time they arrived very quickly, within 10 minutes or so. Willie was extremely friendly and even agreed to take us back to my boyfriend's car, after he dropped my car off at the mechanics. I needed a jump one morning and I called to see how long it's take- they got someone dispatched right away! The driver showed up sooner than quoted and got my car jumped right away! they are quite unpleasant on the phone. i needed a jump for my office vehicle. they complained to me the shop wasn't open bank holiday. what does a bank holiday have to do with a tow company?!? at any rate I would like to use them as a friend works there. unfortunately they make doing business very difficult, look elsewhere for customer service. read more

Needed a tow from home to the repair shop. Had the pleasure of meeting Willy, my driver, who was quick to arrive. Willy greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself. He carefully winched the car onto his truck and secured it. It was as if it was his own car. I rode with him to the shop and he was very friendly and happy to chat all the way to the shop. I did not expect to be leaving a review for a car tow but Willy and Cascade Towing went above and beyond and the price was great! I called to get a tow after an accident and the person who answered was rude, dismissive, and apparently doesn't know geography very well because he berated me for calling, thinking I was across the state when I was in King County (an area in which they cover). Had a circumstance in which I needed a professional winch-out service. It was not an easy job. Even with dual winches and a double line pulley on each winch we were making no progress after an hour. Just as we almost gave up, the operator tried a different technique and we started to see small movement. Half an inch at a time. Got the unit extracted from the site. Great job and great kudos for Willy of Cascade Towing. one of the worst experiences ever. Bad enough I just put my car in the ditch, I talked to the dispatcher and he kept asking for the address of where the car was. I told him to have the truck come to my house since it's two blocks from where my car was and I could take him there. He insisted on an address and I told him there's no address, it's in the ditch. He was SO RUDE and told me he was wasting his time. I was very nice to him the whole time I was talking to him trying to be patient.
