I took my 2019 Hyundai Tucson 4.0 L to 95 Auto Service on 08/30/2026, because my mechanic of 30 years gave up on trying to fix my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. I found 95 Auto Service through my auto warranty. (Of course, my warranty didn't cover these repairs). It's crazy that my former mechanic of 30 years had replaced the manifold catalytic converter twice - 07/2024 and 05/2025. Of course, the engine light came back on 05/2026. I keep a diagnostic device in my car when I get warnings on my car. Of course, my readings were always P0420. Ephrem with 95 Auto told me that he had the same P0420 reading and said that the car needed another catalytic converter. That makes this the THIRD manifold catalytic converter replacement. Please note that I did a Google search about this issue, and I found that Hyundai Tucson's have issues with their manifold catalytic converters. In any case, after FOUR manifold catalytic converter replacements (yes, I said 4), 95 Auto Service was able to find the root cause as to why I was burning through these converters. Unfortunately, the root cause does not provide a diagnostic code. So, the team at 95 Auto had to go through EVERY component to locate the problem. Happy to say that 95 Auto solved the problem . . . for now - HEYYYY, it's a Hyundai! lol Needless to say, I have reported this to Hyundai Corp. Now I have to get the roof panel repainted but at least Hyundai will cover this. read more

Honest and quick. I took my car in to get the rear bearings replaced. Also mentioned that it shook when shifting, so there may be an engine mount issue too. They checked and no engine mount issue. Only bearings and brake boot. They ordered the parts and told me to come the next day. It was done in a few hours. They even tried to help with my leaking sunroof problem! Great service. read more

Quick, courteous, and trustworthy auto shop for tire maintenance and tire-related services. I was on a search for tire maintenance service -- tire rotation, balancing, and wheel alignment -- for my Hyundai Sonata, a sedan. How did I know I needed these services? It was only a few months since my last check-up. When driving on a straight road with no traffic, I let my steering wheel go, and noted that the car veered to the side (left) on its own accord. This indicated to me that a wheel alignment was in order. I called up 95 Auto Service, as they were somewhat close to me. They quoted a pretty competitive price that beat a lot of other tire shops in the area. Plus, the shop seemed like a local business, so I decided to take a chance. Drove up there on a Monday afternoon, around 12:30pm. I didn't even need an appointment. I went into the shop and introduced myself, was told to leave my keys in the car, which I did. I hung out in the waiting room and did some work and light reading. Less than an hour later, at around 1:25pm, they were already done. I was a little bit surprised, but I finished payment and noted that the cost was rather competitive, at 180$ for the whole deal (rotation + alignment + balancing). This is a pretty solid deal, compared to other auto shops in the area, where I was quoted close to 200$ or even above for all those services. After taking my car for a spin, I let my steering wheel go again and confirmed that the car now does go straight without interference rather than veer off to the side dangerously. This indicates to me that the problem is fixed. Overall I don't notice a huge difference in my car, but it seems OK -- mileage was also a problem, as I'd noticed a dip of 3-5 average MPG when I went to fill in gas after an empty tank, and I'll continue to do more testing but I'm hopeful that I can chalk this up to tire maintenance problems that were left unrectified for too long. For reference, my usual mileage is well above 30 MPG, but had dipped down to the 20's recently -- I'm hopeful that's fixed now. All said, I can appreciate the quick, courteous and agreeable service rendered here at 95 AS, especially as there was no appointment needed and service was completed in an hour or less (amazing). I'll likely make 95 AS my go-to tire shop in the future, and would recommend it to others looking for tire-related or maintenance services! read more

Rude, condescending technician came out on a AAA call - our second call for the same issue. He was probably at our property for 4 minutes. Jumped the battery and basically said we don't know how to use our fob, that it has to be touching the "start" button, which makes no sense because we have a remote starter in the fob as well. When I questioned him, he basically left anyway. I now have an issue transporting my 90 year old mother for appointments and we're waiting on a 3rd AAA call to tow the vehicle. My Jeep needed four new tires. I ordered them from Tirerack and they shipped to their preferred installer. That preferred installer didn't have my appointment or my name even though I made one through the installer's direct website. After reading their reviews I noped out and took my tires with me. I called a place I've used and trusted, but they couldn't install customer-supplied materials. This led me to 95 Auto Services since they were close and highly rated. I called up inquiring about service, and they asked me for the tire sizes and got me in the next morning. In just under two hours I had four tires installed flawlessly and they even put back on my custom valve caps. The price was reasonable, let me know they're a full-service shop, and to come by with the spare tire when it comes in and they'll get it set up. Also, they pointed to my inspection sticker (which is due soon) and I'll be sure to come back. It is so hard to find a trustworthy shop, so it's a relief to find one I can go to that is above board and not shady. read more

I had my car towed in for what I presumed was a bad alternator. They informed me that it was two broken terminals instead. The price difference was $80 vs $420. They are honest, reliable and nice. My washer fluid tube was faulty (just happened to mention when I picked up car) and they fixed in 10 minutes for $30. These guys came highly recommended by my AAA service technician, who diagnosed my car with a broken alternator. 95 Auto Service fixed my broken alternator *that same day*, at the drop of a hat, even though it was Christmas Day (might have been New Years; anyway, on a holiday) and freezing cold. We took in two cars at once, as a walk-in. Both cars had the tire warning light on. Hooshang greeted us and immediately checked both cars. One only needed air, the other had a previous plug which was slightly leaking. He replugged it & said to come back if the light comes back on and we'll purchase a new tire then if needed. No charge! I brought my 4Runner here to have my front/rear brakes and rotors replaced with my own parts. Kouhyar and his team were accommodating and thorough with their work. I had inquired with 5 other companies how much the labor would cost if I supplied my own parts and the quotes were pretty ridiculous. Most wanted to charge $160-200 per axle and the team at 95 auto services charged $80 per axle! Not only did I save money, I figured I might as well get an oil change and tire rotation while I was at it. They had a winter special for $49.99 + $15 if I wanted mobile one oil. They allowed me to use the coupons in conjunction of my Yelp but $50 get $75 in service. Great place for service and I will definitely be back. As others have stated, parking is a bit hard to come by but you can't fault them for that. read more

I have been here several times now and I have nothing but good things to say. As a female, I'm used to going into auto repair shops and having the employees either trying to over charge me or telling me I need services that I actually don't. The men here are have never tried to do that and have always been so helpful with everything I have needed, whether it be from a simple oil change or needing advice/information for my car. They are also always friendly and have a great attitude, so I don't feel like such a nuisance asking them questions. They do make you make an appointment, but I actually prefer this because it forces me to actually get it done, rather than further procrastinating. Having appointments also helps to make sure my wait time isn't long since they are able to more adequately estimate my wait time. 95 Auto is a great place to get your car repaired. They are inexpensive and honest. They won't rip you off. You know the expression, "You get what you pay for"? Well, sometimes you pay for what you get. If you go to a mechanic with a fancy reception area, you will end up paying for those nice couches and displays. 95 Auto is no frills, and you might have to walk around a little to find someone to help you. Be patient--you'll end up saving a lot of money and hassle in the long run. Many places will try to rip off women in particular, but my girlfriend has had good experiences there. I told the guy behind the counter that my AC fan was only running when it was on 4. Without looking at my car, he immediately said, "You have a Honda Fit, right? It's a bad resistor. They do that." These guys know their stuff. They had the work finished, as promised, by noon, even though it was the day before a holiday and they were swamped. read more

Bought a groupon for state inspection. They were very quick. Maybe 15 minutes. Inspector told me my back breaks will need replacement in 5-6k miles but never tried to upsell me. Only reason it's four and not five stars is parking is a hassle. Mostly cars that need repair are in spots close by. Should keep a couple open for inspections only. read more
