This one pound mozzarella stick definitely fulfilled that criteria. It was so gigantic it was almost like getting a workout in just to lift it. The outside was heavily breaded with bread crumbs and the top was sprinkled with parmesan cheese and chopped scallions. Even the dipping cup was supersized to accommodate the diameter of the stick! Typically, I would have posted until after my I finished my oversized food compilation project. However, it's being posted early because The Brookdale is permanently closing its doors. It was such a beautiful day we had wanted to eat outside. Outside seating was packed. However, the manager brought a table out to the patio for us. Talk about excellent customer service!
