Overdue review, but we hired this company to do our move-in deep cleaning and we were very disappointed. There were several places left unclean (oven, dishwasher, toilets). While they did come back to clean, it was still unclean... To this day every time we use the oven there are mysterious white flakes that fall from the oven roof, almost as if they put a cleaner in but forgot to actually clean it off. I just hope not because cleaners are typically toxic? The toilets, they insisted that there was no way for them, the professionals, to remove the stained seats. Anyway, what's done is done and we will not be rehiring them for future cleanings. Edit: Yes they did "clean" our house. Partial messages about this has been added to my review. She communicated with me when she was running late since she was coming from Petaluma to Fremont. No worries as I had started to lightly clean already and wanted her to deep clean everything else. When they arrived they quickly went to work and did a fantastic job with every little area that I missed. They completed in about hour and half and everything looked great! I hired CASD cleaning services for move in/deep cleaning 5 days ago. When they left they ran dishwasher. This is what I found later. I asked David what kind of soap he used. He replied he used "dawn". I was shocked the professional cleaning service used regular dish soap in dishwasher. He said he would come later to clean the mess but I couldn't let it sit like that. I requested several quotes for a move out cleaning and Claudia responded quickly with a very competitive quote where others were requesting in person consultations. We actually needed to reschedule our cleaning day due to the wildfires and she was very flexible and was available for the reschedule as well. She came and cleaned the place from top to bottom and it looked AMAZING. They did a fantastic job! Thanks to Covidaloca, our regular cleaner has been unable to come due to health concerns. I recently had a move out cleaning, overall deep cleaning was good, no complaints there. The only odd thing was that they took all my belongings that were left behind in my kitchen area. I was still finalizing my move so still had several kitchen items left to pack and they also took all of our frozen meats (and beer) with them that I was going to bring over to my new home. All my packaged breast milk supply that I had saved were thrown out which really bummed me out as I have a newborn and that milk was very much needed. They didnt call me once to confirm if that was okay or if they can take the remainder of my items home with them. I reached out to David to ask where my items were and they let me know they took them but will bring it back. 2 days later they brought it back but it was a very frustrating and upsetting situation. Nobody should ever assume any belongings in a household are up for grabs without verbal consent. So if you have a move out service with them please let them know to not take your items and if you plan to keep anything in the fridge please let them know as well. I had tenants moving out of a rental that they left dirty. I was grateful that Claudia and her team came out and helped. We had agreed on a time slot of 10am which got pushed to almost 2pm. Which no big deal I'm flexible. I told them what I needed and I had to leave. Which is my mistake on trusting someone to clean and them knowing I wouldn't be back to check. I have had many cleaning services never had a problem before. Baseboards weren't cleaned, cobwebs weren't dusted, floors were sticky I had to rewash them. They didn't clean the track to the shower But they did manage to walk off with my roll of toilet paper and also my wall outlet adapter. My lesson learned don't trust someone to do a decent job if you aren't going to check on their work. read more

Does not honor price quoted or scheduling commitments. Contacted through Yelp and was quoted $260 for a service. Followed up to schedule the service and was told the person who quoted the service made a mistake and the service was $320, but offered to discount the service to $300. When I followed up to reluctantly accept the $300 offer I was told the date I needed the service was no longer available and there was no availability for a week. A very frustrating experience with a vendor who does not honor their commitments. read more

I found CASD cleaning services through Yelp quote. I wanted to get deep cleaning service since due to COVID I did not get professional cleaning service. David from CASD reached out with a quote and all the services that will be included. We agreed upon the price, amount of time it will take and number of people that would come on the day of service. It was expected to take approx. 5 hours for 3 people to do all the cleaning. On the day of service, David was late by an hour and only came with one more person. Obviously he could not complete the job in five hours. Because it was getting late and was dark already we both agreed that the remaining service will be done during the regular cleaning. I paid the full agreed upon price and we decided on the date for our next cleaning. The day before the cleaning I received the message that he is experiencing flu like symptoms so we pushed the cleaning out. A couple of weeks later I reached out and we agreed on a new day and time. But on the next service day David neither showed up nor called or responded to my message. In my experience they might be providing decent service but they are not trustworthy or reliable.
