We have never gotten our carpets cleaned because it always seemed like a painful process but after seeing how quickly and efficiently it can be done - we will setup a yearly appointment with Erick. Erick was very quick to respond to my Yelp quote and he setup an appointment to come over and see the place. The quote was very fair and reasonable. We setup an appointment for following week which I had to move and Erick was very flexible and thoughtful in accommodating the last minute change from my end. The whole cleaning took about 4 hours and about 8 hours to dry. Erick setup a few powerful fans so that the area dries quickly. Our carpets look very clean as you can see from the pictures. After they were done, we went into the house to check and everything seemed really clean, so we were very happy with their service. A couple of details I thought might be helpful for those of you looking for a cleaning service -- first of all, when we asked around, some of the cleaning services do not provide carpet cleaning service, so if this is something you need, Erick and his team did a great job on the carpet we had them clean. Another thing is we also needed them to clean two super dirty bins (recycling bin and yard junk bin) that were used by all the previous residents. These were truly very dirty, and they did such a wonderful job cleaning them inside and out. (We actually saw how they cleaned these bins, it most definitely took effort and work). So if you need help with something tough to clean, Erick might be able to work something out for you. In addition, we also needed to get rid of some cabinets in the garage, and much to my surprise Erick actually helped us arrange it at a really reasonable fee. (Most cleaning services we talked to do not do any kind of junk hauling.) The guys who did the junk hauling were fast, clean, and professional. The last thing I wanted to mention is Erick is really easy to talk to, throughout the whole process, I asked him various questions and he was always friendly and responsive.
