The extras we paid for, including the windows and mold removal, were completely overlooked. To make matters worse, the company tried to charge us $500 because the cleaners "stayed longer," without calling us for approval or authorization. Communication with the company was chaotic and unorganized. While we did eventually get them to honor the original written agreement and schedule a follow-up, the process was a mess. The cleaners showed up unannounced on a Monday--we turned them away and rescheduled for Tuesday at 9:30 AM. They never showed up. The cleaning staff themselves were kind and friendly, but overall, this was not a professional or trustworthy experience. We won't be using Coco's Cleaning again, and I wouldn't recommend them unless you get everything clearly written out and confirmed in advance

As a result, we'd only done the bare minimum in terms of cleaning: the bath tub hadn't been scubaed for a long time; the stove was filthy... Prior to R&T, we tried Amazon Home Cleaning service because of the low cost. However, it was a terrible experience: the first group didn't show up and couldn't be reached at all (not even by Amazon's customer service); the second called 30 minutes after the scheduled starting time to cancel. (Disclaimer: since the sample size is only 2, it is not meant to be representative of the average Amazon Home Cleaning service, but a mere reflection of what happened to us.) R&T was a completely different story. Robert was very responsive and came for an estimate right away. During the walkthrough, he thoroughly explained how everything works. On the day of service, Angelina came on time and cleaned every corner beyond our expectation. We were surprised and grateful to see how clean everything is! The stove surface might be the best example here. The areas around the dish pans were covered with black buildups, which we thought were impossible to clean.
