There was no attempt to understand the situation--just immediate hostility directed at a child. This was not just poor conduct--it felt like clear discrimination against a disability. My child was treated with a complete lack of respect and basic human decency. If your officers are not properly trained to interact respectfully with individuals with special needs, they should not be placed in public-facing roles. This situation reflects very poorly on your company's standards and training.
