We asked about ordering a pizza..."for here or to go"...."here"..."you have to order that in dining room". We discussed it while sitting and both felt that the person at the front counter need some customer relation training. Another person was working the dining area. She was very friendly. We placed our order for a 14" Classic Combo. It was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Our opinion, as we discussed it at length, is Rosati's has the best thin crust of all the pizza places we've eaten. Their sauce is a little tomato forward. They seem to care about the amount of toppings on the pizza. We did feel that the pie was light on the sausage. There was an ample amount of the other toppings including pepperoni. We noted the pepperoni tasted closer to bacon than the classic savory pepperoni flavor. And there was plenty of melty stringing cheese!!. I am really getting discouraged at the amount of money restaurants are charging for soft drinks. A 20oz soft drink costs the restaurant 5 to 15 cents for syrup and CO² and they charge the customer $3.75 to, in Rosati's cases $4.00. Ambiance...it's large and uses cold materials. Looks like a semi sports bar. Prices...on the higher end for pizza Wait staff...hit or miss... one good-one not so much.
