The burger itself may have been a frozen burger and a little overcooked (even for me who doesn't like anything done less than medium). The cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions were perfect, but that pretzel bun....hands down best I've ever had! They MUST make these in house! Honestly the food was more "gourmet" than typical pizza and burgers that you get at a lot of breweries. May have given 4.5 stars but it was impossible to contact them directly. No phone number on website and even when I located one, went straight to voice mai. The FAQs on website couldn't answer my question if they would be able to accommodate a large party with a table and advise on TV situation / audio (which was too low for a game that everyone was dialed into). Got to meet the two women who are running the operation and seemed like very nice folk as they gave us the det's on the change. I'll save that for the reader to go and chat up the owners when you go. This particular day they had a person playing acoustic guitar and playing songs from mainly the 70's! Nice vibe! I didn't have any food but the IPA titled Never Stop Brewing has your traditional IPA notes with a nice clean finish. My wife had a grolsch style beer which had a nice flavor profile as well. Check this brewery out if visiting Amelia Island or Fernandina Beach as I believe you will enjoy the relaxed and chill vibe!

Best of all - the customer service is outstanding!! It stocks many options in beer, craft beer, liquor, wine & spirits. Often they host 'tastings' for various products & my wife & I have found some great new brands, sampled lots of various spirits & liquors and have developed a great relationship with many of the vendor hostesses. There have been a few times my wife has 'sampled' all of the options & found the visit most enjoyable - I drove home. Personally, I appreciate the opportunity to sample new products and I like that they will also have a few of the well known big distributors available for sample as well which gives us the chance to compare the newer products up against the well known familiar ones. It helps us to distinguish the differences and fully get an idea of which we may prefer. The wine section is huge!! Staff who work this area also are very familiar with many of the varieties and offer great advice & knowledge about them. There is always a minimum of 4 wines available on tap to sample any time. We have always been treated fabulously by most of the staff, as they know us as regulars. Only once has there been less than stellar service (and this was a very young new member who may have been somewhat overwhelmed, management quickly intervened to correct the situation). We love everything about this establishment, would always recommend it and will enjoy their service, tastings, and knowledge as often as possible.

I will not be going back there I'll pay more somewhere else for better customer service
