The Parmesan chicken was covered in sauce and it appeared to be something like a fried chicken finger. Very small little piece of flat chicken fried. The salad served with the meal was not fresh had a hint of brown around the leaves and it had no Italian pickled pepper or cheese, just lettuce, some finely grated carrot like out of a bag and one small slice of Roma tomato. I asked for a small portion of cheese, grated or a sliced piece. She told me there was Parmesan cheese on the table. The calamari was very light in color and straight out of a box. The marinara served with it tasted like it was out of a jar. The ambience was calm and peaceful. The fresh rolls are good. However, sadly, we were not coming to a bakery only. No decent reviews for any spots on Yelp so we opted for one with no reviews. We got a good one! Good service, good pizza. Thin crust like we like and lots of sausage. The sausage was good and flavorful - not greasy. We ordered white sauce and it was just right. Very satisfying meal and the glasses of soda were large enough that one refill was just fine. We enjoyed the hometown environment and both the cook and the waitress (Jade) were very friendly and accommodating. If you don't want pizza there are lots of other options on the menu. They seem to do a very good business with locals.

I definitely will never order anything from this dominos again and more than likely any other dominos again. I'll buy a 99 cent frozen pizza from the dollar store and cook it myself first. I'm thinking these employees are getting profits from every order thus leading to them skimping on pizza toppings and sauce for the wings.

You were to bring it back and that's one of the first things My uncle did when he came back from World War II . As far as our visit today there the waitress was very friendly, but she knew nothing about the history of Petes. When we were checked out, it was the same thing. They were very friendly, but they knew nothing about the history of the place, which is a little sad to me. They have a lot of the memorabilia on the walls, but none of their staff we met knew anything about the history. We did have some food we wanted to take to go. They brought us to go containers however, again back in the day they would have packaged it up for us. I wish this new Petes lots of luck and lots of business. I do wish it was back like it was : same old recipes and learn the history because there was great people years ago that founded this place.
