The service was a tad slow from the get-go but when our waitress came around for drink orders it was firing it all cylinders! (I wish I could remember her name but she did say her sister owns the place) She was an absolute pro and took care of everything we could've asked for without hesitation. She was a treat! Oh, and I feel like she created their POS system b/c she knew how to make that thing bend to her will! The menu seems small but it is packed with all kinds of things that anyone would be able to find something. I went with the Mango Habanero wings and they were delicious! Someone else went with the Home Run sandwich and raved about it. Needless to say, everyone was more than happy with their orders! The dining room was also a pleasant experience. Not quiet but also not loud, the perfect amount of ambiance to feel like a typical sports bar (with more restaurant feel than bar). There are ample tables of all sizes and plenty of TVs, plus a jukebox (which was turned off for "dinner time", which was perfect). We absolutely loved our experience at Rugie's and cannot wait to return again next time we're in the area.
