Visiting Sarnia for work this was recommended by the hotel. It was absolutely fabulous, my meal…read morewas delicious. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was good for sitting at the bar as a solo traveler. However, I did notice the place was massive and had plenty of seating. The night I was there there was a comedy show, I only caught the first few minutes, it seemed great, except for the fact that I had to wake up very early in the morning and still had some work to catch up on. This is now on my list of places to go when I am back in the area.

My husband & I met some friends in Sarnia to meet our new baby. After walking around a nearby park,…read morewe decided to stop somewhere to eat. We picked this place & it was a great choice! We didn't go inside, so I'm not sure what it was like in there, but they had a band playing & they were really good. We sat out on their patio & it was a really clean & cute! Our server was very friendly & attentive! She was quick to bring a highchair for our car seat & was always around checking on us if we needed anything. My husband ordered a few beers he enjoyed. I ordered the chicken schnitzel, my husband got the Reuben & our friends ordered some apps. I don't remember exactly what they ordered but I think one of the apps was the dumplings & they said they enjoyed both. My schnitzel was SO good & my husband really liked his sandwich. We live in metro Detroit & this was our first time in Sarnia. We don't have any idea if/when we will return, but if we do, I would definitely come back here!

Quoth the Raven "Evermore!"…read more Has an accessible entrance, flat flooring, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. Unfortunately, due to the historic nature of the building, the upstairs seating area is only accessible by stairs. Quaint, charming café that serves lunchtime treats, coffee, and pastries. The hot cocoa is divine! I really like the literary/"dark academia" vibes and decor, as well as the many cute birdie knick-knacks roosting about the space. Service was friendly and unrushed, I felt free to linger and enjoy at my leisure. I will make it a point to stop in here whenever I pass through Port Huron! I dropped in during the week and there was zero-wait for a table, although I imagine the place probably bustles on weekends!

The decor was cool with the books sheleves. But the service was terrible…read more When I enetered I saw the sign with the availble soups. But the wiatress confidently told me that they only had the soups listed on the menu, until I took a picture of the board, and she asked kinda rudely if I wanted to change my order. But no aknoledgment of her error. I aksed about the total amount of soup in the sampler versus the meal size because i was hoping to try different soups as my meal. But no one could tell me other than by usig their hands how big the portions were. I ordered the mushroom brie soup. It was bland. Icould not detect the Brie from the cream that was added and based on the brown color there likely wasn't much brie. It was very salty to the point that I couldn't eat much of it.
