Called and requested a quote for a business office. Todd came out very professional, had their insurance certificate and nice introduction folder. He sent a quote the next day. Received three other quotes from three companies, decided to go with Casey's. Sent reply email to Todd to which there was no response. Called and lvm which was returned several hours later. Advise Todd he had the contract and when could he start. He stated would contact his team and get back to me. Its been two weeks and no return call. Extremely unprofessional. Not only did they lose this job but I'm having my home painted and two other employees here were going to have Todd give them a quote also. That's four jobs lost due to incompetency. Apparently a $3600 job is not enough for them to worry about. That's okay your competition wants the work. They start tomorrow. read more

My house looks worse than it ever has in our 25 years here. Casey's used inappropriate caulk to prepare the wood and it looks terrible! Many areas of the stain were poorly done, and my windows were never painted at all! Many phone calls have been made to the office, a couple of times I actually got to talk to someone other than a secretary, and nothing has been done to begin to fix this. read more

Brad was very flexible with our schedule and our desire to complete quickly. He had a team of five men come in and complete the job in three days. We had Brad come by to work with us on an estimate and he was great. I called three top rated companies and Brad/Casey's was by far the quickest at responding. We had to change the painting date a couple of times due to life events and he was flexible & patient. He communicated the way I wanted, via text, and was very responsive (even when he was on vacation in Canada). We had interior painting done on an older home we had purchased and the plaster walls and ceilings needed A LOT of repair due to cracks and settling as well as new holes from renovations and moving light fixtures. In short, this was a challenging job. Perez and his team did an absolutely beautiful job and we are ecstatic. Everyone who comes over comments on how great the house looks. Do not use this Company. They will offer you a low bid and make promises but will not stand behind their warranty. Their office personnel are rude and Joey Casey does not return phone callls unless he needs something from you such as postponing a job or wanting a change order for additional money. Flawlessly executed! Called Casey's Painting for a quote and had Brad come out and provide an estimate. I called the next day to accept and away we went. Brad called the following Monday and said crew could be out the next day. The gang showed up on time as stated and got to work. Due to good weather, the team was able to finish a day early without sacrificing quality of the work. In addition to exterior painting we had some interior drywall repairs done and outside replaced some rotting siding. Just had Brad and Perez complete both interior and exterior painting on our Alpharetta house. They were fast, efficient and very high quality!! It took 3-4 weeks to get booked as they are very busy- guess others know they are great too. No problem when it came to touchups, leaving extra leftover paint and OH YEA- 5 yr warranty- and YES- they do come back if you have any problems or touchups- I know as they have for my other homes! You can't find a better choice. You get what you pay for- have gone the cheap route before and have lived to regret. So happy to know I have a painting company I can count on. read more

Horrible experience! If you can't paint don't take the job. A lot of excuses and very Unprofessional.

Casey's painting does shoddy work. They removed our wallpaper to paint and after the job the wall got "alligator skin " and cracks and they have a 5 year guarantee which they did not honor. Brad came out and never returned our phone call and we even left 2 message on Casey's answering machine and he did not answer our calls either. We were willing to pay to repaint the kitchen a different color and they still never returned our calls. We will check Angie's List for a quality painting company. read more

Please make sure you double check this company's work before they leave because you will have a hard time getting them to come back to fix anything. We used Casey's to reaffix a tub surround and paint a bathroom after a pinhole leak behind the surround. They also reinstalled the bath faucet handle. Well, they reinstalled the handle the wrong way and the water didn't come out properly. We called Gordon, our original contact, on several occasions asking him to come out and look at it. He didn't want to and blamed the plumber for putting the valve in wrong. Long story short, we took the faucet handle off and Casey's had installed it wrong. The right thing to do would be to come out and check it, but they didn't. read more

They gave us a quote for exterior work, then charged us extra at the end. Fixed it badly, I called them multiple times to change it, said they would and months later still it is not fixed. I would not use their services again and do not recommend them as they can't stick to their word. We worked with Gordon and he was completely unprofessional and very rude, yelling at me for calling to ask them to fix their mistakes. read more

Our Casey's project manager, Brad, offered competitive pricing and a longer/better warranty than 2 competitors we shopped. He stopped by and checked in on our satisfaction regularly while job was in progress. The crew (Perez lead a team of 6 guys and it was the same guys for the duration of the project) was courteous, clean and worked to get the job (interior rooms and exterior stucco of house) done on time without cutting corners or quality. They even fixed some mistakes another previous and sloppy paint crew left behind from The year before. The house never felt turned upside-down and was live able during the project. Would def do business with them again and Rec to fam/friend. Very happy with them. read more

Specifically contracted to replace wood rot, re-caulk, and paint all exterior trim. They used wood putty, and caulk, and then painted over most wood rot. Caulking seals are cracked and worthless after less than a year. Salesman Gordon was combative and rude when confronted with the complaint. Near completion of the job I was hassled and accosted for immediate payment with calls from the office and the job foreman. Having been in the business I recognize shoddy workmanship while I think most consumers are unaware of the tricks of the trade. Calls to the owner, thus far not returned. I wouldn't use these guys again on a dare. read more

Casey's painted the exterior of our home August 12,13 & 14 2011 and we are well pleased. We had quite a bit of wood damage which the team did a good job of repairing. Not worth the money-had a lot of issues due to them rushing the job and they used lower quality contractors paint. There are better choices

A salesman came out and gave me quotes for several things I needed done in my house. I found some of the quotes be quite pricey like $300 to patch a hole in some drywall. So I opted to think some of the repairs over before committing. All of the repair quotes totaled about $1300 dollars and I thought that to be a little high. A couple months later I called back and decided to go with the $700 deck staining. I spoke to someone requesting to get the work scheduled. She said she'd get with the original salesman and get back to me. Several months pass by, no return call. I call back recently trying get the work scheduled for a second time. She said she needed to look up the salesman and they'd get back to me. Since I had the salesman's card I told her who he was exactly hoping to expedite a callback/scheduling. As of this writing it's been about a week with no call back. Judging from the attentiveness of the sales pitch and quotes process, I am pretty shocked at the disregard for the scheduling of some of the work. I know it's not the $1300 that they had hoped for but this $700 job is still important to me. Now I have to start the process over with another company since they are being non-responsive. Can't help but to think that it has to do with the fact that I'm scheduling a smaller job versus the entirety of the quote. Nonetheless, a major waste of my time at this point. read more

Brad was very responsive in coming out to our home to provide us with an estimate for painting the exterior of our home, which also required some carpentry repair as well as repairing and coating our deck. Estimate was detailed and very competitive (I received estimates from 5 companies). Brad was very easy to work with as far as scheduling, outlining the details of the project (4 days of work) and recommending color options. Morning of Day 1, I did a walk-around with Brad along with Perez to ensure all my concerns would be addressed. Perez and his crew took over from there and I can't say enough good things about the quality of their work, their reliability, and their flexibility. They showed up on time every day, worked until dark, were all extremely cooperative with anything I pointed out and seemed to take great pride in their work. Perez and his crew have a very efficient system of working and Perez has a very good eye for detail which made me feel confident that the final product of the entire crew would be exceptional. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Casey's Painting and will definitely use them again in the future for my painting needs. read more
