Everyone working for this company is incredibly rude and will lie through their teeth to avoid taking accountability. They insisted our house would need to be hand brushed, but really just sprayed and rolled the house, leaving several raw and patchy spots. Upon telling Gordon his crew had painted debris into the deck, he picked at it and insisted it just "flew into the deck while they were painting" (I've attacked photos of the debris both on the house and deck, very much a landlord special). My mother had to essentially beg them to come inspect their work and I had to point out each mistake to them, to which they were saying we were being "nitpicky" which I personally think is a ridiculous accusation against someone PAYING TO HAVE THEIR HOUSE PROFESSIONALLY DONE! They also got paint all around our house and in our yard. read more

Gordon promised to "send a larger crew" in order to finish painting the interior walls, trim and kitchen cabinets (2 cabinets, 9 drawer fronts) of my small, 480-square-foot home in two days instead of three. That did not happen. One painter and one assistant showed up. As a consequence, areas of my home got only one coat, so the former color shows through, cut-ins are sloppy, trim enamel is smeared on the wood floor, a cabinet door is re-mounted upside-down and I've spent the ensuing days cleaning fine, white dust from every single knife, fork, spoon, bottle, jar, pan, utensil, every drawer and cabinet interior before I could begin putting things away. Worse yet, my three kitchen electrical outlets haven't worked since--no microwave, no oven. For this, I paid $2,855.00. I think the lone painter's work would have been consistently excellent, had he not had to work so fast in a desperate effort to meet the deadline without the help Gordon had promised me. He even called in another crew--two personal friends--to help out after their day's work. Both trucks pulled out after 9:00PM on Day 2. If you believe Your Word Is Your Bond, in keeping your promises and that each of us is only as good as our word...then I suggest you seek a different company. I wrote extensive lengthy review which somehow disappeared. We have numerous complaints verified with photos I took most days. i first believed project manager would have immediately taken care of but did not.before proceeding. He became argumentative with me after couple times even denying he agreed to do work he would do. Towards the end he somehow believed his job was complete and Guess done well, he drove off billed my credit card 2 hours later. i didn't even know he thought this until I called Discover and found out! he did it 2 hours after he left. No response ftom owner after 5 attempts. Thiis needless to say is in dispute which know will be in our favor. Photos were taken daily, wood sample taken to Home Depot. I started a Yelp just to leave this company a bad review. NEVER work with Gordon. My house is WORSE than before they arrived. There is paint on the ceiling, light switches, door hinges, cabinets. They didn't wrap anything until AFTER I said something and so they sprayed computer equipment, paintings, and more with white paint. They didn't wrap a BRAND NEW bed and got green paint on it when doing the accent wall, then tried to say the green paint was from something else (the wall was off-white before). Separately, the team's van caught on fire and they were constantly using my tools. They'd leave food containers in the yard, show up and leave whenever they wanted. Just a trash company. I wrote to the owner but never heard back. No character, no class. A neighbor even told me that he drove by and saw someone sleeping on the bench in the front yard. Total ripoff. read more

Well, well, well... I hate for my comment to be any different that others, but I must provide the truth. My experience is as follows: The 1st crew was rushing and missed a few things, once I inquired about those, the owner became very upset. I asked for a 2nd crew and owner granted it and maybe a few others (but not all). I was only making sure it was done properly seeing how it cost $3400 (entire house). I've been hung up on, emails have been ignored etc; (all because I inquired about the following: -paint on screws -paint on hinges - paint on NEW LVP -paint in NEW carpet -paint on ceilings For $3400 why the heck wouldn't I inquire about it? ‍I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing!!! They've been trying to rush the entire time/ basically bomb rushed their way in. See proof below: - Came on an unplanned day (several times) - Insisted on being here before down payment was made (making sure I didn't select nobody else) - Harrassing me for all money before job was finished Not to mention, my rooms are very small and crews had had very little to move, because I helped! I attempted to hire Casey's to pressure wash my entire exterior and paint 3 rooms and the foyer in my house. Pressure washing - they did an ok job. Some spots were missed on the trim, but it looked pretty good. I have a concrete slab, which they cleaned, and it looked nice. There are 3 small concrete stepping stones and about a quarter circle of concrete border right next to the slab that they didn't clean. When I asked the guy, he said that 'wasn't on the list'. I asked if he could do it please, he did the stones but not the border. Way to go the extra mile. I wasn't even asking for a mile, I was asking for 3 feet to make the job look finished. They charged $475 for my small ranch, which I felt was high for what I got. Painting - I couldn't even get them scheduled. The sales guy never followed up with me, and every time I asked him, I would get 'waiting to confirm with a crew', 'looking for a crew', 'not sure when they'll finish this other job', 'I'll let you know'. It would be Friday and He couldn't tell me if they were coming on Monday. He couldn't even schedule it for 2 weeks out. Called someone else and had it scheduled for me next week. Payment - no online payment system at all. Can't even use PayPal. I had to call and give my credit card to a person, which I don't like because I've had my cc stolen by a person, or I can drive to their office to hand them a check. They just don't make anything easy. I'm actually very easy to please. Show up and do a decent job, and I'm happy. I found Casey's not worth the hassle when there are so many others out there willing to do a good job for a good price. Overall, negative experience. read more

Painting was adequate but it was very expensive. Be careful reading their estimates as they are only doing what is listed in detail. The quote is not to paint your house. They itemize what parts they are painting. It's not like any painting quote I've ever seen. About three years ago, after getting a recommendation for Casey's from a friend, we had them paint our screened porch and stain our deck. They did a very good (not great) job, and offered a three year warranty, so long as we had them pressure wash the deck annually. Right after one year, we had them pressure wash the deck. The crew used a high pressure pump which stripped off the stain in a few places. It was toward the end of the pine pollen season, so we also asked them to also gently spray some aluminum furniture. They used the same high pressure pump on it, too which stripped the paint off two tables. I contacted their sales person, Todd Hildreth, to see the results. I asked him to honor the warranty on the deck, and showed him the tables, just to see the results, not to repair the damaged tables. He promised to send someone out to recoat the small areas on the deck which were now bare. After six months, he didn't. I recently needed some shutters painted and got a quote from him. The price was very high, but I agreed to it because our HOA had sent a letter telling us to paint. I asked when they could come and he said that he would get back to me. He didn't. I also reminded him of his promise to honor his warranty. He ghosted me ever since then. I've noticed that their reviews have gotten worse over time, so I called. Chip James, of James paints.com to do the job. He had a small crew come out in four days, and they did a great job for half the price. I'll recoat the small area of the deck myself and will never use Casey's again. They use incompetent workers and do not honor the warranty. read more

Do NOT waste your money or time with this company. They left our entire home with a film of white dust all over our hardwood floors. They poured their paint into our master bath's garden tub and down the drain and completely clogged the drain! They left mirrors and vanities filthy. They did not flush the toilets! They are super quick, reliable, very patient with all the touch ups we asked them to do throughout the service - my wife and I are very pick. I desperately needed to have my house re-painted on the outside and have a lot of rotten wood replaced in the process. I am a 100% disabled veteran, so I was also looking for someone to work with so l could make payments and not have to pay for the whole thing upfront. Gordon is the gentleman that they sent to my house and who gave me the estimate. He was extremely kind and understanding to my situation. Casey's Painting set me up on a monthly payment program, which really worked for me! My whole house was painted and all of the rotted wood was replaced. They did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend Casey's Painting, because they also are a Family-owned business. They truly care about the quality of their work and the happiness of their customers! We originally rated Casey with 5 stars because the work on our kitchen cabinets was beautiful. Now, the painting is peeling and looks horrible. A professional repaint should last more than 4 years. Casey's team of excellent painters just finished painting the outside of my house in Brookhaven. This is the second time I have used them and again, they did not disappoint!! This is a follow-up to the Cheryl S review above. After my wife posted her review I was contacted by Julie and Rick from Casey's. I explained how poorly the team had cleaned up the areas that were painted and apparently had dumped either paint or drywall compound down the master bathtub. There was dust on the wood floors throughout the house. I went on to explain that I had spent a number of hours at the house on that Sunday cleaning up the mess. We are trying to sell this house so appearances matter greatly. Note, our complaint here was focused on the poor job the team did of cleaning up after themselves. The actual painting was very well done. After a brief negotiation we settled on Casey's doing some follow-up painting on the outside of the house. Within several days they had a crew onsite and painted the agreed upon areas to the outside of the house. Again the actual painting was done very well. This follow-up rating is based upon the work that they did on the new areas and the quality of the painting overall with a negative for the fact that there was extensive cleaning that needed to get done the first time. This is the third time that we used Casey's and the previous 2 times they also did an excellent job, but were thorough in their cleanup. I don't understand what happened this time, but this was the first time out we've seen this and Casey's did deal with the problem quickly and effectively which is really all that I could have asked for. read more

I received a flyer in my mailbox for Casey's Painting so I decided to call for an estimate (2 average sized bedrooms - walls only- no repair needed). Rick returned my call and provided a quote, site unseen for $800. I was shocked at the price and politely declined. I went to Yelp and saw such positive reviews and I have hired painters (residential and commercial) in the past. On average a paint job on a standard size room is around $150 each. Contacted them through web site for a quote, couple days later get a call from Brad, says needs to visit to see the job. Make arrangements for a Tuesday. Doesn't show up, and no call to alert me. Calls next day says can we make it Saturday; again blows me off, and no call. Finally get him to come out the following week, show him the work needed, he doesn't even look at what we're pointing out. On top of that has an attitude and is rude to my wife. Got my square footage, did a walk around and told me exactly what to expect and how much. He gave me a list of all repairs and painted my garage doors as well. His crew was exceptionally polite. Casey painting did my exterior house about 8-10 years ago and I was pleased, so I called them again. Needed to replace boards, pressure wash and paint my large front porch with posts and side railings. Yesterday, the salesman, Jimmy, sent a painter and a young guy, no professional! They did a sloppy job on the trim around the house and on the railings. I couldn't inspect it before I paid because it was wet paint. Called the salesman to come back out the next morning when I noticed about 35 places that they missed or botched. How can a quality job on a large porch be done in 2 hours by one painter and an inexperienced helper? Called Casey's twice to talk to the owner, Joey Casey, but he is out of town and not calling me back. Terrible job. I hired Casey's to remove the popcorn texture from the ceilings and then paint them throughout the house. In addition, I had them paint some walls. Part of the job was to sparkle in order to smooth them both. They did a horrible job. There were many places where you can see the irregularities. In some spots they speckled without sanding and then painted over them. I called to have them come back to fix them but they never returned my call. Be aware. read more

My thanks to Casey's painting. It was not what I had expected to start off, but was well done after things were ironed out. My house was a saw mill constructed home. I did not realize this nor did the person who estimated the cost for replacing upper facia board. The first crew arrived whith the wrong material to make repairs. There were conversations about the situation and were resolved. My bigest problem was timeing. It took much longer than what I expected to complete the job and things did not go according to my plan. The replacement wood had to be recut at a sawmill to match the existing structure. There were other problems that would take more time to explain, but the job was completed and the crew did above and beyond,what I could imagine. read more

Daniel did an excellent job. We had him to remove wall paper which unbeknownst to us was adhered to the dry wall. He took extra care not to damage the drywall and did an excellent job in smoothing out the wall surface prior to painting. Painting was also excellent with excellent clean up. read more

Complete waste of time. Received a flyer, it mentioned carpentry work for soffit/fascia repairs. I need that kind of work done, some guy comes out, told him what I want done etc. But he wanted to do was replace all my siding, paint my house, replace deck etc, told him that's not why I called. I'm in the process of replacing the back windows on my house. I called about the soffit and fascia work only, planning on new gutters when that's complete, so he lost interest, took no measurements, said a 'home renovation specialist' would call, suffice to say they never did. DO NOT USE. Casey's painting painted my home windows. They started to look bad soon after. I called back and wanted them to repaint, I added the entire home to the job. I didn't realize at the time that their warranty covered the poorly painted windows. They didn't offer to tell me either. So I paid for the home and the windows (again) to be painted. Casey supposed to have a 5 year warranty at the time. Initially it looked good but within a few months the windows started having issues, on multiple windows and on the outside railing also. Peeling. Not the wood. Just poor prep work. So recently I asked for a quote to come paint these rails and windows again. They said it was covered under warranty since it had been less than 5 years. Well, they painted the railing, over the poor prep but now that the windows have damage from poor prep, they are blaming it on me somehow and will not pay for the repairs. How is it my fault? There is way more to this.....I will never call them again. And, I already called two of my friends that I had recently referred Casey's painting to and apologized for referring. We engaged Casey's to paint the exterior of our house, including the back porch and inside the garage. We also had them replace the railing on our front porch and do some minor repairs. They completed the job in three days entirely to our satisfaction. The crew dispatched to our house was very professional, capable and hard working, not to mention polite and respectful to our questions and comments. We feel fortunate to have been assigned a crew with a good work ethic and skill level. I am sure that, along with the quality of paint they used, made all the difference in the results of our job. Our only issue was that we were notified just an hour or so before the workers were due to show up, rather than receiving a confirmation call the day before.
