I've never experienced a less professional veterinary practice in my entire life. My wife and I…read moretook our aging dog there and they asked that we first take him for an ultrasound. We were informed that after the ultrasound they would call us and explain the diagnosis and potential treatment. No call. No follow up. After a month of waiting, I called to get clarification. During our conversation, i was spoken over repeatedly, dismissed and finally hung up on. These people have no business treating animals, and they have no business dealing with their human owners. They are careless, obnoxious and entirely unprofessional. If you value your pets, you will be better served by seeing literally ANYONE else. AVOID THIS PRACTICE.

Do not take your pet here for anything even remotely serious…read more My dogs health fell apart in two months, and after numerous visits, cultures and meds my dog passed way because they did not detect that it was cancer. Knowing what I know now, his prognosis was not good, but there were some real things that could have been handled differently. For one thing, the doctor did not truly examine my dog or think to xray him to find out why he began coughing in addition to his surface infections. Turns out, his lungs were collapsing. They sent him home with me that day and he died the same night. I wish I could have at least known what was going on so we could understand how much time we had left, it really hurts. I did not feel like Mount Plaines provided adequate care. They just didn't care to look closely at all, and seemed to be uncomfortable with me as I started to panic that my dog was in serious condition. They don't even call the next day to follow up on your pet, good vets do this. I regret using them after i had to switch vets after I moved.

I cannot say enough good things about Pet Suites. I have been coming here for over a year helping…read morewith my daughters dog who has a problem eating dangerous non-food items. We had been through at lot with 5 other daycare facilities with their promise not to let anything bad happen and thousands in vet bills. Then Pet Suites opened. They don't give the dogs toys in the all day play daycare-I will never understand places that do. Before and after the 8 hours of play the dogs stay in suites with no plastic trays to snack on. When she was at dogtopia I would watch on the cameras as the dogs just circled around the room all day. It was very stressful and for the animals too. That is not the case at Pet Suites. Thry have indoor outdoor play weather permitting. I never see dogs circling - just playing or lounging! When I unexpectedly got a puppy from the shelter during a very busy work time I signed her up right away for the puppy preschool. I could tell my puppy was happy, loved, and well cared for. The program is great. She is now in the regular daycare and I am more than happy with how the days are scheduled and how they are cared for. Having a clean, great facility and daycare/boarding programs is only part of it. The people that work there are ALL incredible. They all care for animals that much is obvious, but they are all great with people too--they must have high hiring standards. I thank them all for making rescuing this puppy possible. I can name them all as they all keep me coming back, but this is already too long - thank you Tina, Kaitlin, Jillian, Amanda, Danielle, Lauren, Mia....everyone else!

When I toured it was HOT and they were very proud of their out door area - with no shade, that the puppies had been in for 30 min. Also, while I was waiting for the tour a gentleman came in to get his dog, told them the dog's name. they went back brought him a dog and he says "that's NOT my dog"

This is my first review on Yelp but Brooks has been a tremendous help with training my dog, Cooper,…read moreso I thought it was necessary to return the favor. :) I got Cooper back in August of 2018 as he needed to be rehomed for various reasons--my boyfriend and I were quick to realize that he had not had any form of training while at his previous home. Desperate for any sort of help, I researched dog training facilities and found Brooks. While the price was steeper than I was expecting, the 2-week board and train provided a foundation for Cooper that I would've never been able to accomplish in that amount of time. It was obvious that Liz, our trainer, really cared about Cooper's progress and she was very transparent in what I should expect Cooper to learn in the 2 weeks he was being trained. I appreciated that she was honest and upfront on what the expectations should be, instead of making grandiose promises in order to get my business. The 2-week board and train also came with 3 follow-up sessions with Liz to go over the training and to answer any questions I had. I thought these sessions were immensely helpful and I appreciated each one. Since then, I have continuously used Brooks for boarding and daycare, both of which have been great experiences. Cooper is always excited to go to daycare during the week and comes back a tired and happy pup. If I had anything to suggest, it would be to add cameras for clients to see their dogs. I would love to be able to watch my dog via webcam while I am at work. Overall, Brooks has been a lifesaver and I wouldn't have been able to survive these past few months as a first-time dog owner without them. A special thank you to Brittany and Liz for being so wonderful to work with! :)

Colton was a huge help in us getting our Vizsla under some kind of control…read more He was super energetic and did not listen. Colton taught us the skills to help us control him better and get him to listen to our commands. Still has the energy but we can control him so much better now. Would definitely recommend training with them. We are so much happier and our dog is to.
