When asked for an explanation Randa immediately sent a refund saying upon my request, which was just for explanation. When followed up was told I can't sue because I signed a waiver, that it was my fault for boarding an older dog and not boarded before. I never made any accusations or asked for anything but an explanation. I'm so devastated I left my pet/family member in their care.

I expressed my concern and said that would be a problem unfortunately and the reply is that she could learn to use them. I know that. The point is that medically, long backed low dogs are not supposed to use steps because of the association with IVDD/paralysis. With other choices we liked better, this was not the one for us.
