I was given a friendly greeting by the employees. I told them that I needed a few links taken out of the Invicta watch I received as a gift. The lady who helped me was able to take three links out on one side and two on the other side. The result was a band that fit comfortably and wasn't too loose. The repair only took a few minutes while I waited and watched the throngs of people walking by in the mall with their families. She did an outstanding job and the watch was in pristine condition. The George Walton necklace had a broken clasp that needed repaired. I also brought them another piece of jewelry (a cross pendant) that had broken off at the bottom. I needed the bottom rebuilt. Jill was not what I would call friendly. She seemed annoyed and pretty unhelpful, but did take the necklaces and write something on a piece of paper and told me that the repairs would take about a week and they'd call me when ready to pick up. 2 days later I got a message about something being wrong with the pendant on the George Walton necklace and they wanted me to know that the mother of pearl inlay was damaged but not by them... I thought "wouldn't the rude lady that took the necklace at drop off had written that on her piece of paper?" I hadn't noticed anything wrong with the necklace. They just wanted to assure me that they didn't damage it. That was weird. So, about a week later I picked up the necklaces and when I looked at the cross pendant, it basically looked exactly like it had when I dropped off only it had a round ball at the break to smooth the break. It had not been repaired and it does NOT look like a cross. Picture attached of the cross necklace. They charged me $30.00 for this repair - and the pendant looks terrible. I asked Jill what she thought and she said I should have been more descriptive when I dropped it off. Mind you, she was pretty rude at the drop off and I DID tell her that I wanted the cross pendant repaired - to look like a cross, not a plus sign. now, the clasp repair was even more expensive. Keep in mind, this is a George Walton necklace from their store. She charged me $50.00 to solder the round connector onto the clasp (which I had provided). Let me say that again... $50.00 to solder a teeny tiny round jump ring. I told her I could have done that myself and she disagreed. Well, the only reason I took the necklace there was because it was one of their pieces. I will never ever go back to that place, and I feel like they ripped me off. I'm very upset with my experience.

Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.

It's a high traffic location in the 5th Avenue Mall, so if you're looking for a item that is on trend at the moment, you run the risk of missing out if you aren't first. They offered hand sani and required masks, but I didn't notice any effors to limit people in the store or sanitize between customers. I was impressed that they were selling masks that actually meet CDC guidelines (made of triple layer cotton) but they were over priced, like most items at Claire's. I would still recommend their masks since they looked like excellent quality, and it if is a matter of getting your kid to wear something that's going to actually protect them that they will wear, it's work spending a few extra dollars. Like most stores, always look for sales, since most of their items are grossly overpriced it's best if you wait for a B2GO sale.

On the 28th I contacted customer support and they said the gun had arrived but wasn't ready to be picked up yet. My trip to Anchorage came and went. While there I stopped by the store but they said I couldn't pick it up yet... OK... Fine. I don't know when I'll be back to Anchorage, but whatever. Finally I got a notice on September 4th (11 days later than advertised) that my gun was ready for pickup. Well now I couldn't get to Anchorage for a bit. Should be fine right? They delayed me so they should be able to handle a delay from my end. I can't make it to Anchorage on the regular. I went to Anchorage today October 4th, to finally get my gun. I had multiple emails (the last from September 29th) saying my gun was ready for pickup. I go into the store and they couldn't find it. Then they told me that the order had automatically been cancelled because I didn't pick it up in time. They said I should have been automatically refunded. I hadn't. I also hadn't received any notice about this. I got a little heated and they threatened to kick me out of the store. Fine. I calmed down. I asked if the gun was there today. They said it was. I asked if I could buy it at the same price that I ordered it for (I ordered it on sale). They said they could not honor that. I walked out. I just got home from Anchorage and I double-checked my credit card and I still have not received a refund. They will be getting a charge-back from me as they have essentially ROBBED me at this point beyond wasting my time and being completely unhelpful in any way whatsoever.
