I should have known better than to leave it at this shop because the only employee there at the time was asleep in a chair for anyone passing by in the mall to see. After waking him up I explained what we wanted done and asked for an estimated cost and day that we could pick it up. His reply on the pickup date was the following Monday. The reply on cost was "he may not charge you anything or it could be $10-$20." We asked for it t be done earlier if at all possible as we had a trip planned. I called on the due date to see if it was ready. At that time I was told that the repair would not be for another 3 days and that one of the 4 stones was missing. I disputed that claim as the bracelet had 4 stones when we left it. They told me that Mr. Sleepy took a picture of the bracelet and sent it to me. There was no time stamp on the photo proving his claim. I KNOW for a fact that the bracelet had 4 stones in it when we left it. This experience has been the most unprofessional and worst experience I have ever had.

When I arrived home, the clock no longer ran when plugged in. I called the store and was told I could receive a $35 credit on the $350 next cost of fixing the clock. The clock has sentimental value to me, however the original cost of the clock was less than $10 long ago. I recommend asking the repair price before the repair work is done. I paid the $35 and would have been satisfied if the clock continued to work, but I would not have agreed to the initial $35 repair cost if known before the 2 minute repair and I won't be returning For the next $350 repair.

After 2 weeks I went to pick it up during the posted business hours and no one was there. I called the phone number and I heard a message that tells you they're not there, and to not leave a message. I tried calling several times during the day, and no one picked up until about 15 minutes before the posted closing time. I told him what I was looking for, and was told that he had not gotten to it yet, and to try again next week. I advised him that I wanted to pick up the clock and take it somewhere else, and asked if he would be there the next day, which he said that he would. I am now sitting outside of the store during the posted business hours, and once again no one is here. How can they run a business this way?
